'You got that James Dean daydream look in your eye
And I got that red lip classic thing that you like
And when we go crashing down, we come back every time
'Cause we never go out of style, we never go out of style
You got that long hair, slicked bac...

He walked around the room, picking up the rubex cube from the desk. He played with it in his hands as he continued to explore the room. "I've never actually looked around your office." He spoke as he crouched down slightly to look into the fish tank on the wall.
Linda raised an eyebrow. "Well, it's been a while since you were here." She wrote down a few things on her page.
Damon turned around with a smirk, chuckling. "Is that sarcasm from my own therapist?" He breathed out slightly as he ran a hand down the art along the wall.
"No, just an observation." She said, her eyes flickered the clock on the wall, taking note of the fact that Damon had been walking around now for half an hour, never once opening up like he used to. "Can I ask a question?"
Damon turned to look at her. "You can ask me anything, doctor." He leaned against her desk, and she turned to look at him in her chair that was in front of the coffee table.
Linda closed her book and looked up at him. "Why did you come here?"
"We had a session." He smiled, tilting his head.
Linda smiled slightly to keep up her apparances. But inside her mind, she could see this boy was hurting. She could see that he was damaged. But she wanted to help him and guide him on a path.
"Yes, I know that, but why?" She asked again.
"I need to let my dad and brother believe im okay, which I am." He said as he moved to look out the window into the courtyard.
The room went quiet for a moment. Damon could feel something in the air shift because he felt it, and he felt the pressure on his chest tighten.
She was digging into him, like she was meant to do.
But now it felt weird because now he didn't have a blonde haired golden eyed vampire waiting for him after each session.
So now it was just him, him, and his own mind. And that right there was danger.
"But you're not." She told him. "You know that, I know it." She sat up when he turned around to her. "I heard about them, the Cullens..." She watched as his face twitched. "Leaving town, that must have hurt."
"I don't want to talk about them." He snapped. He picked up his jacket with a clenched jaw and moved towards the door.
"Session's not over."
"It is." Damon spun around. That's when she saw it, the crazy look in his eyes. "I'm paying you, am I not." He grinned.
He shook his head as he leaned against the door. "I'm not here to talk about her, and if that's all this is then. There's no point in staying."
Linda nodded her head. "Then we won't talk about her."
Damon looked across towards her. "Really? Because I can see it in your eyes, all you want to do is dig into it."
