Nancy, Thèrèse, Vicky and Aris had to physically pull Bea away from the medical bay, all while she kept going on about Prim this and Prim that.

Thomas, who was equally reluctant to leave Prim alone, followed behind them after Matt began his explanation of the trails ahead.

The group arrived at the running tracks, where Matt was waiting for them. He smiled as they came nearer.

"Alright, everyone, as you know, we'll be doing some training today. The usual: laps, agility drills, and hand-to-hand combat."

They lined up at the starting line. Matt gestured to the long stretch of the track before them.

"Alright, let's start with the laps. Remember, pace yourselves. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Everyone ready?"

"What about warm-up?" Teresa asked, stretching her arm.

Matt chuckled. "Oh, you're a funny one, Teresa. Warm-up is for beginners. Real warriors go cold."

The others chuckled and gave Teresa amused grins. Teresa smiled sheepishly.

"Just kidding," Matt said, grinning. "Of course, warm-up is important. Can't have you guys pulling a muscle on the first lap, can we?"

He guided them through the warm-up routines, making sure everyone was properly stretched and ready for the run.

The others laughed and groaned at the familiar exercises, while Minho grumbled about wasting time.

"It's not wasting time. It's good for your muscles." Nancy said.

Minho rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, I know. But I'm telling you, we don't need all this yoga crap. We're warriors, not ballerinas."

"I had a dream about you being a ballerina." Aris blurted out.

The group erupted in laughter. Minho's eyes widened in horror.

"Hey, hey, don't even joke about that. I have a reputation to maintain, you know."

"Come on, Minho," Frypan chuckled. "You'd make a great ballerina. Look at those legs."

"Hairy." Brenda rolled her eyes.

The group burst into laughter again, picturing a ballerina Minho with hairy legs.

"Hey, hey, cut it out," Minho grumbled. "I'm not that hairy, you guys are just jealous."

They continued to warm-up, until they have to do the: hold and stretch each leg behind and stayed for 10 seconds one.

Minho, as usual, protested the move. "This is ridiculous. Why do we have to do this? No one's going to hold a leg behind them in a battle."

Matt chuckled. "It's not about the pose, Minho. It's about stretching your muscles and improving flexibility. You wouldn't believe how important that can be in a fight."

Aris struggled, wobbling a little. He reflexively put a hand on Vicky's shoulder, not realising he's putting too much weight.

"Relax, Aris." Vicky said.

Minho, noticing Aris's struggle, couldn't help but smirk. "Hey, look, the twerp is having trouble. Need a stool to stand on, buddy?"

"Hey, don't pick on him." Vicky narrowed her eyes.

But then Aris landed on her which resulted to her bumping into Brenda, and she bumped into Harriet: then Luke, Nico, Frypan, Bea, Nancy, Thèrèse and Sonya falling down like dominoes.

The group was a tangle of limbs on the ground, laughing uncontrollably. Minho burst into hysteric laughter.

"Oh my God, that was priceless! I should've recorded that!"
