"Ms Rose, a word please" My boss, Ian Davis called.

"Ooo someone's in trouble" my colleague, Sandra smirked not looking up from her paperwork.

"Shut up" I laughed.

"Language!" I heard her murmur before I walked out of my cubical and towards Mr Davis' office.

I felt like I was sent headteacher's office. I have only been in the head's office once in secondary. Somehow my lasagna fell on top of her head, I swear I didn't throw it from the upper canteen, don't give me that look!

I knocked on the door and walked in to find my boss looking out of the window, with his back faced to me.

"Mr Davis, you wanted to see me" i gulped nervously.

"Yes Ms Rose, I have delayed your assignment on the Hospitality services, so you can assist our new intern. The dead line for you assignment has been postponed for another week, in the extra week I want to you help the intern with his assignment. He starts tomorrow, so I expect to see you at my office tomorrow at 11am sharp. Don't make me regret this Eleanor" he explained.

"I will not make you regret this, I promise" I swore.

"That's what I like to hear. Also, he will be taking the empty cubical beside you, so I want you to help him understand how things go around here" I nodded.

"I taught you to speak Eleanor, no more nodding and shrugging. As a young woman you should be heard, you were given a voice for a reason" Mr Davis snapped.

"Sorry" I looked down at my shaky hands.

Most times Mr Davis isn't snappy, ever since his wife went into rehab for self harm, he's been extra snappy on the little things we get insecure or scared about. For example, one of my fears is saying something wrong, and Mr Davis is trying to help get rid of that fear. He's a great man if you asked me.

"You may have the rest of the day off, considering you work way to hard, get some rest" he sighed.

"Yes sir, thank you" I smiled as I walked out of his office, shutting the door carefully behind me.

I walked into my cubical and saved all my work on my hard drive before unplugging it and placing it in my bag.

"So what did he call you for?" Sandra asked as she walked back to her cubical with a turkey sandwich in her hand.

"I have to assist the new intern who starts tomorrow, oh and I have the rest of the day off" I smiled as I grabbed my car keys off of my desk and placed my bag on my arm.

"See you tomorrow" I smiled.

I walked into the lift and pressed the button as I waited for it to take me to the lobby.

"Have a good day Ms Rose" the receptionist beamed at me.

"You too Linda" I smiled as she signed me out.

I walked through the silent car park towards my car.

I unlocked it and sat inside.

I fished my phone of my bag to check the time.

11:50am.

10 minutes till 12.

I started the car, instantly it started to warm up making me feel comfortable.

I started my short drive into the town car park.

I grabbed my phone and my bag after taking the keys out of the ignition. As I locked the car I was greeted by the blasting wind.

Gotta love the British weather, am I right?

My heels clicked against the payment as I walked towards the entrance of subway.

I took a seat at the far end corner and waited for Grant.

My phone vibrated.

I picked it up to see a text from Grant.

I see you >:-) - G

I looked up from my phone and out of the window to find Grant in some sunglasses which confused me, as it wasn't sunny at all.

When he noticed me looking at him he stopped and posed while pulling his sunglasses down to reveal his eyes. I grabbed my phone and took a few shots of him walking stupidly towards me.

I think he noticed me taking pictures so he posed while pointing at me making me laugh hysterically. I got a few odd looks but I really couldn't careless.

"Well hello there Mr Supermodel. Expect to see these pictures online" I laughed as he took a seat in front of me.

"Do you have Instagram?" I asked him. As both of us looked up from our phones together. Ah I think I just found me anti social buddy!

"Yeah, uh it's @grantgust. Make sure to follow me" he laughed.

I chuckled shaking my head.

I tagged Grant into the picture of him pointing at me.

Eleanor_r: Your poses give me life @grantgust

Grant laughed as he looked at the photo. I quickly followed him before he gasped making my eyes snap up to him.

"How the fuck do you have so may followers?" He started at my profile with wide eyes.

"You too" I laughed.

My phone made a ping noise, indicating that someone had just tagged in a picture.

It was a picture of me laughing, that Grant posted.

Grantgust: boo you whore 🙈

"You just quoted mean girls" I laughed.

"Let's go order food" Grant laughed.

We walked towards the counter and ordered our food.

I took out my purse to only find out that Grant had already paid.

"Too late" he grinned.

"I could've paid for my sandwich" I muttered as I looked up at him.

" Well you didn't" he pointed out.

"Let me pay you back" I passed Grant a £5 note.

He took my purse and the £5 pounds out of my hand and placed it inside before zipping it shut. He took my handbag off of me and opened it up, placing my purse carefully inside it before shutting it and putting it on his arm as he walked back like a girl.

I laughed and followed him to our table.

This guy is really something.
