Amy got off of the phone and then said
A- okay so basically it depends on the time you get to set and also the schedule that the makeup artists are going off of, but sometimes they will meet you in your trailer and do your hair and makeup, but usually you'll meet them at the main trailer where the rest of the cast will be and get your hair and makeup done there. We will always have your outfit or sometimes outfits ready for the day in your trailer and you just need to get into them and then meet at the main trailer unless you're texted otherwise. I would usually give you more time to let this sink in but I just got off the phone with Scott and apparently the rest of the cast is already here.
Y/n - oh okay
A- it's okay to Be nervous I've met a few of them already and they're really nice. Basically we will just meet them and tell everyone what roles they are here for because she want to make sure that everyone is aware and then the next week will be us getting your schedules out to you and you meeting and getting to know everyone so that it's a bit more comfortable filming this movie.
Y/n- ok that sounds good.

Brady, becca, Maddy, Miguel, Tristan, Jacob and mason.

So KC really wasn't joking.
God i really had hoped she was.
I stared in shock at the people standing before me. My friends, people i had gotten to know well over the past few days.
I couldn't understand this. I stood silently as they all turned around, Scott, unaware of the situation at hand started introducing us to each other.
s- Guys! This is y/n!
The crew and I shook hands and as the rest of the cast was nudged towards me by Scott i held out my hand.
M- y/n im sorry i-
I turned around to Em and walked over to her. Scott took us to a table near by to discuss everything.
S- so we are a bit short on time today, and we haven't got everyone here yet, so we are just going to try to cover the basics, and then we will schedule a layer date closer to the start of filming to rehearse and edit the scripts, okay?
Everyone nodded, and i stood still until i felt a hand on my back.
Em. Nudging me to sit down like the rest of the cast.

S- okay... so here is everyone's scripts... Brady you're Vance hopper. Jacob, you are billy, the paper boy. Becca you are Donna, Finney and Gwen's school friend, Miguel you are robin finneys friend, and Tristan you are Bruce. Now you will all come to know and understand these characters, and i fully expect you to find bits and pieces of these characters that are alike yourselves. You will get to know your storyline's a bit more too. We have a few more actors and actresses that couldn't make it today but you will get to know them soon. Now... we have a few main characters that need to be addressed. Mason, you are finney, and Maddy you are finneys sister gwen. Now this next part is where we stray a bit from the original book. Youll now get a copy of the short story that we will need you to read, so you understand the context. Y/n you will be April. She is going to be finneys love interest. Now we are still sorting and discussing the fine details of how and who, but she is going to be related to the grabber in some way. The grabber is going to be played by Ethan Hawke an-

S- and that is why we chose you at Vance.

S- yes Ethan Hawke is going to play the character of the grabber. Now.. schedules will be given out later, but really it's just one for filming dates, and one for rehearsing dates. Rehearsals will be first, then filming. You will obviously get seperate ones, and each of them will have makeup and hair times put in too. The appointments will either has MT or PT under the times. If it says PT, you will meet the makeup and hair team in your trailer, if its it MT you'll meet in teh main trailer, which is the big one right behind me, where most of the cast will get theirs done too. Every filming morning, you will be sent a text telling you where your clothes are and what to wear first.
A- Speaking of trailers (Amy speaks up) you guys, all i have to ask is please please please keep them tidy. You can leave things like spare scripts and personal belongings but please dont leave rubbish and food.
We all nod, and then Scott speaks again.
S- that is all for now, revise your scripts, make notes on your phones or in a book about anything you need, and we can discuss it next time. I'll send more information to you all later in a group chat I'll create. See you guys soon!
He walks away with Amy, and i get up immediately to get to em, before i have to talk to anyone. I pick up my script, book and water, and walk to her.
Y/n - hey em, im good to go
E- you dont want to stick around and meet the cast?
Y/n- no, im good for now.. need to umm.. revise the script and read the book.
She nods and i follow her to the car, she drives me home, i get out and say thank you to her.
Walking inside I rush straight to my room avoid any talking with my brother.
I flop on my bed and open my phone.

How could they hide that? Like i get not telling us the movie but the fact that they didn't even tell us they were actors? That didn't make sense.
