Don't Leave My Side

YOUR POV

 Everything was loud, all noise around me seemed to be louder than it was, but it wasn't just loud, it was muffled. It was clouded over, like something was blocking it. I slowly opened my eyes, trying to look around, see where I was. As I concentrated, I was able to use process of elimination to figure out I was in the infirmary at the HQ. I looked over to the door, listening harder and heard people talking.

 "She was cut on a large artery. If she doesn't wake up soon, I'm going to say we have no choice but to assume she's in a coma." Someone said softly. 

I raised a brow and looked back to my leg, pulling the sheets off of me and see stitches covering my thigh. My eyes widened, my body beginning to shake as fear came over me,"What happened? How did this get here?! What's wrong with my leg?!" All of these thoughts were going through my mind, and all I could do was scream.

"Ahhh!!!" I grabbed my leg, pain rushing through my body as I clung to it,"Ahhhhh!!!!!" I screamed once more. Just then, several people ran inside, I looked over scared as one grabbed a needle. I grabbed his wrist as he came after me and snatched it from him, stabbing him in the arm as we fell to the ground. 

I gasped out, pain rushing through me as I watched the others backed away, one man pulling his partner away from me. They removed the needle and threw it away, grabbing another one,"(y/n). It's ok. We won't hurt you." One said.

I shook my head, scooting back as they got closer. I looked up, seeing a set of hospital tools, and one caught my eye. It was a scalpel. I grabbed it, getting to my feet, crying out in pain as I felt my stitches rip and tear,"(Y/N)! You're hurting yourself! Stop!" One yelled.

I pointed the scalpel at them in fear,"S-stay away from me! You hear! I-I don't know who you are, but stay away!!" I yelled, my hands shaking. Just then, I saw someone run through the door, fear and worry covering his face.

One hand was on the door, while one was behind his back,"L-levi..." I cried out. He walked up slowly, the others backing up as he made his way towards me,"(y/n)...it's ok." 

I looked over him, a bandage around his head and chest, his button down shirt open, exposing his bandages that covered his skin. When he reached me, he looked down to my leg,"(y/n), what did you do?" He asked, concern all in his voice. I was shaking, the scalpel slowly slipping from my grasp,"L-levi...I-I'm scared."

He wrapped his arm around me, pulling me close,"Shh, everything's going to be ok." I dropped the scalpel, only for his other arm to swing around me, a sharp pain flooding through my back. Then, everything went fuzzy.

I was awake, but...nothing was right. I pulled away, stumbling back as Levi grabbed my shoulders, tears in his eyes,"I'm so sorry. It was for your own good." He whispered. I reached out, slowly pulling what it was out. I looked down and saw a needle, I looked back up to Levi, hurt.

He grabbed my body, laying me back on the bed. A doctor came up, placing a mask over my mouth.I looked up as a soft beep began to arise from the side, a small screen with jumping lines sat above me. It was steadily getting softer. I felt something poke my leg and I looked down, seeing needles all in my cut. I began to shake, wanting to scream, but I was too weak. 

I felt a hand on my head and I looked up, seeing Levi, his eyes red and puffy. I felt my chest begin to shake and my arms spasm,"What's going on!? Do something!!" Levi yelled. My eyes never left his face, but pain, pain was all I felt.

What was happening?

"There's something wrong! We sealed the artery but, there must be an infection! Something!" Someone yelled. Levi looked back down, his eyes filled with tears,"It's going to be ok. You're going to be fine, ok?"
