Chrissy was a bumbling mess, and she was thinking maybe having an engagement party is a bad idea. Sandro tried to sooth her by telling her he'd be by her side all throughout the party.  In Chinese culture it was called Tinghun and the bride's family would pay for everything. Her father didn't want to pay at all so she decided to have a simple engagement party but Sandro's family insisted to hire an organizer and pay for everything.

She was really embarrassed by her father's unwillingness to take part of the party. Sandro told her everything would go smoothly.

"Sandro, I'm  embarrassed by my dad. I don't know how I'll face your parents knowing they paid for everything." Chrissy cried in front of him.

"Babe, don't worry. My parents adore you completely. They don't think it's a nuisance."

"But still my parents have money but they are totally unwilling to take any part in it." Chrissy was unconsolable and cried hysterically. It was March 3 and it was less than a week before her engagement party.
