Jason pulled out a few drawers from the dresser, then shoving it closer when he didn't find the item he was looking for. Until he accidentally pulled at one of them to hard, and it fell to the ground. He quickly put all the clothings back inside the drawer, only to let out a scream when he had seen Jesse, who simply stood there. "Uh, what were you doing on Dad's bathroom?"
"Not cutting my bangs with his nail scissors," Jesse whispered back. "What are you doing in his dresser?"
"Um, dad asked me to check if...his drawers are sliding properly." He picked up the fallen drawer, placing it back in. "Yeah," he nodded.
"Uh-huh," Jesse hummed. "Not looking for anything about me?
"Definitely not." He whispered.
"Then why are we whispering?" Jesse says, in a normal tone. Then, louder, in an excited tone. "You want me to be look out while you're sneaking around! Okay, we need a signal in case dad comes. How about- caw caw-"she practically yelled.
"What is it gonna take for you to leave me alone? Is it not presents? Is that what it'll take? How about a puppy?"
"No, I don't-wait, a real puppy?" She asked in astonishment. Jason waved his hand, making the puppy appear. "Aw! He's so-" Jesse quickly picked him up. "No, I don't want any more presents, Jason. I want my brothers." She says as she hands over the puppy.
"Well, you've only been around for a couple days, and I'm already getting the sense that daddy's little girl," he mocked. "Isn't exactly on team Jason and Jax."
"Why does there need to be teams? We're a family."
"Hey Jason-" Jax's voice came, entering the room.
"Aw, the Novoa's," Jason mocked. "One big happy family. Just the four of us. Right."
"Actually the five of us," Jesse says.
"Did you hear the buddy?" Jason turned to the dog in his arms. "You're already part of the family."
