"Come on and take me to the other side,
I'm blown away, when I look into your eyes
I'm so in love, I think I'm gonna crash and get
Whiplash, whiplash, whiplash!"
Cameron:
After everything I had been through with Kirsten, the stitches, the field work, our conversations, I had realized one thing that had always stayed the same. The feelings I had for her. From our first kiss after her first stitch to now she just continues to surprise me. When I first met Kirsten I never expected to fall in love with her. But with life, it dishes out unexpected surprises. And mine was Kirsten Clark. She was this beautiful blonde that walked into the room and seemed to outsmart and challenge me. I liked that about her. No one dared to even try to challenge me, but Kirsten always did. But sometimes in the worst situations, she avoided every rule in the book and I had to keep her safe. I couldn't risk her.

"You know you stare at her, like a lot?" Linus interrupted my train of thought.

"Uh no I don't!" I quickly covered. I didn't want anyone to know I love Kirsten. Because if they did, Camille and Linus would decide to play matchmaker. Which was probably the worst idea in the history of terrible ideas. I didn't even know if Kirsten likes me, let alone loves me. Why try to destroy the chance? But someone will find a way. Secrets always seem to get out.

"Okay. Whatever. But when you guys decide to get married can I be your best man?" Linus teased, but I really wasn't listening because the beautiful blonde lured me in.

Before one word leaves my lips, the blonde shows me up. "Cameron, I swear, if you ask Ayo to check my vitals again, I'm gonna have to slap you." Then she looks up at me. With those gorgeous hazel eyes, I fall in love again.

"Earth to Cameron! Will you let me stitch?"

"Uh sure, Cupcake."

"Are you okay? You look a little red." She felt my forehead and this time I think I was going to be the one to faint.

"You're a little warm. How much time to we have to stitch?"

"3 more hours." I muttered staring into her beautiful eyes. My heart was starting to race and was breathing heavy. I usually could act cool around her but today was different. Maybe it's because they're was hope.

"Well what's 10 minutes more for a break? It'll be our secret."

"Are you sure?" I managed to ask as I continued to gaze into her loving soul.

"Yeah. But until then, Ayo gets to check your vitals, Girlfriend."

"Okay." I whispered. As Kirsten called Ayo over, she sits down and started to draw little circles on the palm of my hand. It felt so good. So calming.

"I'm worried, Cameron-" She begins to tell me as she continues to draw circles on my palm.

"Why?"

"You starting to look as bad as we did when lab was quarantined."

"I'm not sick, Kirsten."

"I think I need to call the press, you used my first name." That put a smile on my face. But she always did that anyways. The real question was why was I acting like this? I've never been this weird around Kirsten, so why am I now?

"Desperate times call for desperate measures." As Ayo puts the blood pressure cuff around my arm and checks my temperature, Kirsten gives me a worried look.

"Is that so? Ayo, what's wrong with him?"

"His temperature is 101.5. And his blood pressure and pulse rate has shot up drastically." She began. Then things went for a turn for the worst.
