"I trust you, Cam-" The blonde murmured from her dream state.

"Kirsten?" Cameron had left for a moment to grab some more coffee to help him stay awake. When he entered back into Kirsten's room when he heard the stitcher whisper these words.

He rushed to her side and took her hand. "It's okay, Stretch. I'm with you."

They just checked Kirsten only a few hours after her incident because Maggie was worried the program didn't have everything needed to help Kirsten while in comatose state.

The brunette began to rub tiny circles into her arm. "Come back to me, Princess. Please. I need you."

And like Sleeping Beauty, her eyes fluttered opened at the sounds of his voice. Kisses were romantic but his voice was even better. "How badly do you want me, Girlfriend?" She whispered with a smile spreading across her face. Cameron's face shot up at the sound of his famous nickname.

"Kirsten!" He gave her a bone-crushing hug. He couldn't believe his Buttercup has awoken.

"I can't believe you're awake." He whispered into her ear.

"Hey. I'm not going anywhere. Remember? I'm invincible." She reminded him, remembering her comatose induced dream. But even though it was a dream, the feelings in it were a 100% real.

As they broke apart from their hug, they locked eyes with each other. They both knew one thing. They had been so close to death and risked it all without sharing the truth. Their love. Today was last day they were going to let it go on. Because they couldn't risk a love so infinite to death again.

Their lips met and moved together in sync perfectly. This was their time. This was their fate at stake and they couldn't destroy that now. He finally felt happiness because he had her and likewise for Kirsten. He deepened the kiss an gave her everything she ever wanted and that was worth it. His love for her was worth. As they broke, smiles spread on both of their faces. "I love you so much, Stretch." Cameron confessed.

"I know." She told him as she kissed him on the cheek.

"But ya know what? I love you too, Girlfriend." A signature Goodkin grin spread across his face. He felt the luckiest guy in the whole entire world.

"Wow that coma made you go through a lot emotion-wise?"

"Yeah I guess. I think it's also another recent events we've been put through, that's put it's affect on my emotions."

"I know we need to talk about that. But I thought I would wait until we get you back to my apartment. Is that alright?" Cameron asked. The blonde nodded. She was given a second chance like Cameron. This has to fate or destiny. Because it seems the world doesn't want them apart. And she doesn't either.

"Good. Let's get you outta here Cupcake."

Cameron checked Kirsten out after they made sure her vitals were okay. He was surprised they let her leave but Cameron reassured the doctor he was going to keep a close eye on her.

"Okay, Stretch. Let's go home." He shut the car door for her and then slid in the driver's seat.

"So Cam?"

"Yeah?"

"What happened to me in there?"

"One of Maggie's theories were you were pulling a prank on us, by staying in after the Stitch Clock went off. But thats basically suicide. I don't really believe you would do that, would you?"

"Never Cameron! It was an accident I swear."

"I know, Sparky. Linus called and said that your com connection went on the fritz during the stitch and that's why you couldn't hear us." Cameron explained.

"I knew it. And that's why I stayed in too long afterwards. I'm sorry I scared you Cam, I didn't mean to." Cameron pulled into his apartment complex parking lot. His turned to her and saw true regret in her eyes. "It's okay Ace, I'm just happy you're okay." He told her as he squeezed her hand.

Then he got out of his side and open Kirsten's door.

"Back at last, m'lady." Kirsten unbuckled her seat belt and began to get out of the car when Cameron stopped her.

"I got it." He lifted her up bridal-style and began to carry her up the stairs.

"Cam, you don't have to carry me-"

"I know but it doesn't mean I have to listen."

"It's 7 flights of stairs." She reminded him.

"C'mon Kirst give me some credit. You know me. When it comes to you I go crazy when it comes to protecting you." Cameron told her. Her eyes widen. She couldn't believe that he had said basically the exact thing the Cameron she create in her comatose-induced mind said. Now that was mind blowing. How did Cameron know? God who knows. Maybe Kirsten mumbled it underneath her breath or maybe the Cameron she sees in her mind and the real Cameron are closer in likeness than she realized. Either way, she never found out the real reason. But it was a pretty cool story.

As he unlocked his apartment and walked into the bedroom, he remembered everything was the way he left it a day ago. He laid her down in his bed and glanced around the room quickly before meeting Kirsten's eyes again.

"Ya need anything Princess?"

"Just some rest. And you."

"That could be arranged." Cameron slid into bed next Kirsten and wrapped his arms around her. Then he kissed her on the forehead before drifting off to their everlasting fantasy.

"Goodnight Stretch."

"Goodnight Girlfriend." And with bright smiles, their knowing fates were sealed. They were going to be together for a long time to come.
