{Poppy's outfit}
Poppy was currently in the living room, lounging on the couch as she watched whatever was on the tv.
Just then, the front door opened and Danny and Stephanie walked in the house.
"Okay, watch your step." Danny warned his middle-child. "Easy, easy. You got a step there."
Stephanie, who had a cast on her arm, let out a huff. "Dad, I know I broke my arm, but promise me you're not gonna freak out over every move I make." She pleaded, looking up at her father.
Danny let out a soft chuckle. "Of course not, sweetie." Danny's eyes then widened as he guided his daughter over to the couch where Poppy was. "Careful of the carpet!" He fussed, panic filling his voice.
"Uncle Danny, you gotta chill." Poppy advised, sitting up straight so Stephanie had room on the couch too.
"Sorry." Danny sheepishly smiled.
"Good luck, Steph. When I broke my arm your dad was a real control freak." Poppy told her cousin before glancing up at her uncle.
Danny frowned. "I was not."
"Was too." Poppy insisted.
"Was not." Danny continued to deny.
"Was too!" Poppy raised her eyebrows, not backing down.
"Okay, okay." Stephanie groaned, stopping her father and cousin from bickering.
DJ then walked in the room with Nicky and Alex. "Steph, how you doing? What did the doctor say?" DJ asked her little sister.
"I'm gonna be fine, but dad will need plenty of rest." Stephanie joked, giving her father a teasing look.
"That's a big boo boo." Nicky gasped, pointing at Stephanie's cast on her arm.
"That's a hard boo boo." Alex then said, banging his small fist on the cast.
"Steph, you're such a good skater, what happened?" DJ wondered, tilting her head slightly.
"I never made it to the rink. I slipped on a piece of pizza in the parking lot." Stephanie explained, rolling her eyes.
Poppy gasped a little. "Who would even think about wasting pizza?" She exclaimed, but then noticed the looks her family were giving her. "But obviously that's not the point." She mumbled, scratching the back of her neck. Poppy then cleared her throat and stood up. "Alright, come on, boys, let's go to the park." She said, grabbing both Nicky and Alex's hands as they left the house.
