{Poppy's outfit}
"Joey, someone's here for your PTA meeting." Becky informed the Gladstone man as she entered the kitchen where Joey, Danny, Poppy, and Hanna were.
"Oh, yeah, who is it?" Joey wonders.
"Well, it's your co-president and not-so-secret admirer, Mrs Carruthers." Becky replied, patting Joey on his shoulder.
Joey cringed. "Oh, I hope she didn't bring her hands."
Just then, Mrs Carruthers walks in the kitchen, grinning widely as she spotted Joey. "Oh, there you are, Joey!" She beamed, wafting her hands at him in pure excitement. "Now, don't you keep me waiting. My meter's running." She says before heading back into the Tanner family living room.
Poppy gave Joey a sympathetic look. "I wish you luck."
"If you need help then scream. Poppy and I will come rushing in." Hanna teased.
"Well, we'll walk in." Poppy corrected Hanna's words. "Being pregnant took away my ability to run."
"Oh, yeah." Hanna tutted, realising Poppy's words were true.
"Thank you, girls." Joey sighed, playfully rolling his eyes.
"It's just because you're so gosh darn irresistible." Danny chuckled softly, his tone filled with sarcasm.
Joey shook his head. "Oh, yeah. It's a curse." He mumbled playfully, going into the living room.
The back door then opened, and Jesse walked in. "Hey, everybody." He greeted his family, slamming the newspaper down at the kitchen table as he took a seat. "My search for a new lead guitarist is about to end."
"You found someone?" Poppy asked her father in hope, sitting up in her seat.
"Not yet." Jesse shook his head, holding his finger up. "Check out this AD I put in the paper. 'Wanted for band. One down dude with an axe'." Jesse reads his ad out loud.
"'Down dude with an axe'?" Danny parroted, furrowing his eyebrows in both confusion and concern. "Jess, you better be careful. You could wind up with a depressed lumberjack." He teases, laughing at his own joke.
"I don't get it." Hanna mumbled to Poppy.
"Me neither." Poppy mumbled back, shaking her head as she looked up at her uncle.
Danny awkwardly laughed, scratching the back of his neck as he realised his joke didn't get the reaction he wanted. "I'll just arrange my shrimp balls over here." He said, going back over to the kitchen counter.
Jesse turned to his wife, giving her his full attention. "Honey, this new band has got to be 10 times hotter than the Rippers. I gotta find a guy that lives for the music, you know? A guy with real rock 'n' roll in his blood."
