At Karna's earnest request, King Suyodhana commanded his guards to bring forth the Pandavas, Queen Kunti, and Queen Sulochana into the royal court of Anga. Word had already spread among the palace guards that the divine warrior Dev Vasusen, had arrived with his celestial family to protect Suyodhana and his family and deliver justice. Yet, many dismissed these tales as mere rumors.
But when Dev Vasusen, radiant and awe-inspiring, entered the courtroom accompanied by Devi Niyati, the goddess of destiny, Devi Vindyavasini, the goddess of nature and their loyal companions — the fearless Shaurya, the brilliant Tej, the fiery Jwala, and the resolute Ranjita — the court was struck with disbelief. Their divine presence filled the room with an ethereal glow, leaving even the skeptics speechless.
It was then that Lord Krishna, the ever-wise Devakinandan, stepped forward. His voice, calm yet cutting, broke the heavy silence.
'Look upon them, O Buashree," he addressed Kunti, 'this is the son you once cast away. And when fate gave you a chance to redeem yourself, to embrace him with the love he so deserved, you chose instead to exploit him yet again for your own selfish ambitions. You never truly loved your sons — they were mere pawns in your quest for power and prestige. For this, I, Vasudev Krishna, son of Devaki and Yashoda, curse you and all those like you: from this day forth, any parent who seeks to manipulate their children for personal gain shall fail in their schemes, lose what they hold dear and sorrow shall be their only companion.'
Shame and regret crushed Kunti's spirit, and she hung her head low, unable to meet anyone's gaze. The Pandavas too, who had once turned their backs on their brother Karna, felt a piercing grief — not just for their betrayal, but for dishonoring their God and Godess.
Then Karna, his voice edged with righteous fury, turned to Queen Sulochana.
'And you, Queen Sulochana,' he declared, "are no better than Kunti. Blinded by arrogance and royal pride, you allowed you own daughter's violation,. A woman, a mother, and you became an instrument of cruelty against another woman."
Sulochana tried desperately to defend herself, her voice trembling, "But she is my daughter... she born of me..."
Before she could utter another word, Devi Niyati's voice boomed through the chamber. 'Silence!' she thundered. 'Who gave you the right to shatter your child's life? Motherhood is a sacred blessing, granted by the divine, not a trade you conduct for status and control. From this moment on, let it be known — I, Niyati, Goddess of Fate, decree that any parent who dares to sabotage their children's lives for the sake of vanity or ego shall be cursed with ceaseless misfortune.'
Devi Vindyavasini, her gaze steely and unyielding, spoke next.
'Even now, in the face of your disgrace, neither of you feels genuine remorse. You grieve not for your actions but for your failure to use my parents for you own good. Anuj Suyodhana,'she addressed the Kuru prince, 'let them be taken back to the dungeons. Let them languish in their own disgrace, and reflect upon their deeds.'
Suyodhana ordered the soldiers but the word 'Anuj' did not gone unnoticed by intelligent Vikarna. He said, 'Devi why did you call Jyasht Anuj?'
Devi Vindya looked at her father and smiled and then she raised her hand to show everyone a divine vision.
Veerlok
Dev Vasusen stood inside his Pryogshala, the sacred space where he crafted his weapons. As he worked, his daughter, Devi Vindyavasini, entered and asked curiously, "Father, are you creating a new weapon?"
Vindyavasini had always taken a deep interest in her father's work. Vasusen, in turn, encouraged her inquisitive nature. Smiling, he responded, "My dear, people often say that a weapon's power and purpose depend on the one who wields it. But what if a weapon could think for itself? What if it had its own sense of judgment? What do you think?"
