Plot:
Kim Gaeul was a student from Toro village of South Korea countryside. She fall in love with the boy from her next door who was her childhood friend named Kim Jeong Eui. Their parents are both opening their restaurant shop as a Toro neighborhoo...
Meanwhile at operation room later, Gaeul, Jeong Eui, Hyun Seo and Rei have waited for Chu Seok for so long as they sat on the bench. The fun holiday break moment but bad timing when Chu Seok collapsed. Gaeul looks very sad as she sits still doing nothing, Jeong Eui consoles her. Gaeul's parents have finally stood up here to see the problem.
Il Hwa: "Omo! Gaeul, where is grandpa?!"
She shocked.
Mu Po: "Gaeul, what happened?"
He asked.
Gaeul: "Mum, grandpa fainted..."
She whimpered, tears shedding off from her wet eyes, holding to her legs when she's looking up at her mother.
Il Hwa: "He fainted?!"
She shocked.
Gaeul: "Mum, I don't want to lose my grandpa...." "I want him back..."

She sobbed.
Jeong Eui: "It's not like he will die, he just fainted though."
As he patted on her while consoling her.
Il Hwa: "Aigoo, Mu Po! She likes her grandpa more than you!"
She sighing while turning her face away from Gaeul, hitting on her husband's arm.
Mu Po: "So where is he now?"
He asked Gaeul.
Gaeul: "He's in the operation room for like more than hour, why is it taking so long for him to come out?"
She worried. And then doctor came out of operation room, Gaeul looked at the doctor.
Il Hwa: "Doctor, is my father okay?"
She asked.
Doctor: "Are you the guardian of Kim Chu Seok?"
He asked.
Il Hwa: "He is my father in law, is he okay? How is he?"
Doctor: "He has cardiac arrest and he still unconscious, I will try my best as I can." "You can see him at the different ward later."
He sighed, and then he walked off away. Time skipped later, Chu Seok is resting on a hospital bed while Gaeul and her parents are here for him. Kim Chu Seok seems to be sleeping with a monitor screen, IV fluid and oxygen mask.
Gaeul: "Grandpa said he will treat me lunch but he suddenly collapsed." "We were having so much fun and he was so fine and healthy before, I can't believe this."
