When the fanfiction updated, it didn't take a week, but a much longer time. I lost count. However, I didn't complain too much. Such a long time without vampires gave me enough time to prepare for them.
During that long time period, I added extra locks to my door, armed my room in hidden places, and had the emergency number on speed dial. I didn't think I was prepared at the tip of my teeth, and I did believe that I could have done more. Though, before I could make anymore plans, the story updated, stating all the precautions I took.
While reading, I was still attempting to get ready for school, believing that I would meet the brothers in the school building. Changing, brushing my teeth, and doing whatever I needed before the bus picked me up.
And once it did, I desperately looked for an empty seat, but to no avail. All the students whom climbed on before me all had the same desire to have their own space. I sighed in disappointment and sat down next to a boy I didn't know the name of. I pushed his bag onto the dirty, bus surface to give me some room to seat myself down, and as a response, he gave me a heated glare.
"My stuff was there!" He declared with anger. I just nodded, uninterested in what he had to say.
"Yeah, but I needed to a place to sit," I responded.
"Go sit with some other bitch then, bitch."
"I'm sorry, but this bitch doesn't care about other bitches, or your personal bag space for that matter," I retorted. He continued to glare, but didn't reply. I decided to take the silence as an opportunity to check my phone and continue to read.
Even without WiFi, I was able to read the chapter with ease. The author had wrote about the kid next to me, his bag, and his glare. I looked over my shoulder, seeing that he was slightly reading it as well. He seemed terrified by the fact that all his actions were typed out onto a fanfiction. I looked over at him and warned him to mind his own business. The boy didn't object, just gave me a horrified look.
He was probably as freaked out when I was when I first discovered the fanfiction.
I don't blame him.
When the bus halted in front of the school building, I hopped off the seat and stuffed my phone into my pocket. I stepped off the vehicle and entered the gates of Hell.
Though I have been here for a longer time than I expected (vampire free that is), I've rarely made any friends. There wasn't really anyone I could relate to, and this public school seemed to go by the typical stereotypes. Something I've seen in movies like Mean Girls. I could always join one of those groups and make a few new friends, but I didn't want to bother or try.
I thought of reading a few more sentences from No Fanfiction. However, that was before I heard the conversation of a group of students not too far away from me.
I couldn't hear everything. Though, I managed to pick up bits and pieces.
New students.
Boys.
Transfer.
Rich.
Those were the things I picked up, and honestly, that was enough for me. It was enough information to know whom they were talking about.
The Sakamaki brothers were the only thing to come to mind.
My mind wondered a bit as I made my way to class.
Who would I meet first? Would they know that my parents are the one housing them? Would they be as mean and sadistic to me as they are to Yui?
My head pounded with questions. So many questions that I forgot to watch where I was going and tripped over something that felt like a large log under me. My eyes widened as I fell and felt how terribly cliché it was for a girl to trip. But what usually happens in stories is that the falling girl is caught by some hot guy. I prayed to be caught not just by some hot dude, but anyone in general.

No Fanfiction {Diabolik Lovers}
Fiksi PenggemarYou loved Diabolik Lovers. Let me repeat that, "loved" with an -ed. Now, you couldn't stand the thing. The heroine was so submissive with a case of Stockholm syndrome, and the male characters were all the same. You now hated it, and wanted to forget...
