Chapter 8: Day 3

Sakura woke up looking up at the ceiling and sighing; she still needed to set the things up to help him learn to walk again and she needed to do her job. She stood up and got her gown to have breakfast; stepping down the steps slowly and softly just in case Sasuke might be sleeping.

Walking in the kitchen and she sat in silence having to grab a simple salad that had been prepared and coffee; she already had the things organized in a room all that was needed to be done was to set up and create some sort of schedule for the things he needed to do and what she could do to assist him.

Getting dressed in her room that she had prepared for herself which was right next to Sasuke's room having to finally set up her things and clean out a few. Across from Sasuke's room was the room for his training and she crossed quickly sighing looking at the work that would be cut out for her. The beams had been already set up for him to hold on and all she needed was the equipment for strengthening his legs and he'd be fine.

She got to work quickly and placed everything spaciously for him to get his exercise; she looked around and thought of the pool. The pool is good for him to exercise and to use his legs it wasn't the ones that was supposed to be used but it would do; she just needed to get done quickly for the day so she can relax before anything else.

Sakura rushed down to the pool and stood in disgust at the color; a slimy green with leaves lying around everywhere and she wondered just when last the pool was cleaned. She sighed 'I've got a long day ahead of me, huh?'

'Yep! And I ain't helping' she rolled her eyes at inner

'Like you've helped me in my life' inner scoffed

'There was that one time when I reminded you to kick your exes ass because he cheated on you'

'Baka that doesn't count it's just a reminder' she pushed her inner personality to the back before she drained the pool; she got gloves before she started cleaning the pool thoroughly to rid of any bacteria.

She threw all the leaves in a bag; taking the pool cleaner and started cleaning with a broom. She scrubbed every part of the pool before she took a hose and removed all the bubbles. She refilled the pool and smiled softly at herself adding extra chlorine; she did a good job all she needed was for Sasuke to be calmed and that's it.

She relaxed herself in the bath and took a sip of her wine loving the feeling of the hot water that did just wonders to her sore muscles after today's preparations; she hated what she did to Sasuke these past few days but he hurt her. Her kids were gone and everything she had was taken; it's been a while since she's called her mother but she'll deal with that another time. Not really in the mood for some drama. Especially with her mother.

Hopping into bed she closed her eyes and immediately fell in a world of darkness.
