Volleyball Game

He's so cute, I swear I'm gonna die

"Good luck out there okay?" Scot encourages. I nod with a smile. He was trying to help calm me of my nerves but he wasn't doing a very good job. "I'm not helping am I?" I shook my head and laughed nervously.

"Five minutes until game time girls! Let's go!" Coach hollered through the locker room. I turned to look at her to see she walked back into her office then I turned to Scott.

"I've got to go. I'll see you after the game." I smiled hugging him.

"Wait! You're not leaving yet!" I heard Brett yell and I smiled. Scott walked away as Brett ran up and he pulled me into a hug. He pulled his face out of my neck and pecked my lips. "Good luck." He says with a smile and I return it.

"Thanks." Coach yelled for us to all gather around her in the locker room. I looked up at Brett and told him I'd see him after the game. We all gathered around coach as she began talking. "We begin with Addilyn serving, Brenda you stay front left, Maria front right, Brooke middle, and Aubrey back left. Work hard, play hard, have fun. Let's win this game, yeah?" She asks and we all nod. "Let's go!" We all walk out to the court and take our places. I stand in the back right, in my serving position. I look around to find Scott and I see him to my right sitting with Stiles, Skylar, Brett and Lydia. They all gave me a thumbs up and Scott mouthed for me to pull my shorts down but I shook my head and flicked him off. He gave me a pissed look and I just giggled shaking my head yet again.

I turned my attention back to the game as the ref handed me the ball. I smiled to thank her and waited for the go to serve. A loud buzzer went off in the gym as the clock started counting down. I held out the ball with my left hand and swung my right making it fly over the net to the other side. They hit it back, causing Brenda to raise her hands, hitting it back over the net. It goes back and forth until Maria finally spiked it.

Our side of the gym cheered while I just grinned and bit my bottom lip before getting into my serving stance again. I get tossed the ball by the ref again before I got the signal to serve yet again.

I hit it over the net making them hit it back. It was passed the net again. The ball went passed Marie but not quite to me so I dove forward landing on my knees as I hit the ball into the air and Marie spiked it over the net yet again. I quickly stood up and changed positions with Aubrey and the game began again.

The game was eventually over and we ended up winning the game 11-3. We all ran into the locker room, everyone else changed while I sat on the bench by my bag and looked at my knee's.

"They're gonna be bruised. Put these on them for now until you leave, it'll help keep it from swelling." Coach says and hands me two ice pack's that you'd put in a lunch box.

"Thank you." I smiled and took them from her, placing them on my knee's.

"You did awesome out there. Keep up the good work." I smile and nod to her then she walks into her office. I keep the ice packs on my knees, I hear the locker room door open and shut. Lydia, Malia, and Kira walked inside with grins on their faces.

"Congratulations! Oh my gosh, that was so awesome!" They all exclaimed at the same time. I laughed and shook my head at them.

"So how's your knee's?" Kira asks and I shrug pulling the ice packs off my knee's. They all hiss and go "ohh" as they looked at them.

"They hurt so bad." I mumbled.

"It looks like it." Lydia says and I nod placing the ice packs back on my knee's.

"This will be what I'm doing for the next day or two." I sighed slumping my shoulders and leaned back against the lockers. The locker room noise had quieted down to nothing except our voices and coach typing on her computer. "You can come in now." I whispered knowing Scott and the boys were outside. The door opened then they walked inside. They all had big grind on their faces and Scott ran up to me, leaning down then squeezed my body.

"You did an awesome job sis!" He cheers and I grunt.

"Can't breathe Scotty." I whispered and he let go.

"Sorry, it's just oh my god, who knew my sister could play volleyball like a pro?!" He exclaims and I shush him giggling. Stiles walked up to me next and gave me a hug.

"You honestly did really good." He smiles at me and I return it.

"Thanks Stiles." He gave me a no toothed smile and a quick nod before walking out of the way. Brett walked over to me and placed kisses all around my face making me giggle. "Okay, okay!" I shrieked and he pulled away after giving me one more kiss on the lips.

"You did so great baby!" He cheered with a huge grin. His thumb was running over my left cheek and I smiled up at him.

"Thanks." I replied looking down at my lap. He kissed me on my forehead. "Where's Skylar?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows.

"Oh, her mom called and she had to go home because her family was coming over for a family dinner." Lydia explains and I nod.

"How are your knee's?" Scott asks. "Those were some pretty hard falls." He says and I nod.

"They're bruised but I'll be okay." I packed my stuff into my bag then took the ice packs off my knee's. I stood up and took them over to coach. "Thanks coach." I smiled softly and she returned it.

"I'll order you in some knee pads so you won't always have bruises." I thanked her then walked out of her office. I went to grab my bag but Brett reached for it, grabbing it before I could then threw it over his shoulder. I smiled and shook my head at him. Our fingers intertwined while our hands connected then we all walked out of the locker room. I climb inside Stiles' jeep and put my bag next to me.

"I'll be over in a little bit okay? I've got to stop and get something at the store real quick." Brett tells me and I nod. He kisses my lips and I smile getting into the truck all the way. He winks at me then shuts the door and walked to his car.

Okay guys, I'm soooooo sorry I haven't updated in 2 days!

Sunday I was at ComicCon, I went dressed up as Lydia (lol) then yesterday, we woke up and our whole entire yard was flooded and our neighbors yard. It had been raining for 3 days straight here in Florida and there's this pond in the backyard of my house and the wall to that pond broke which caused all of that water to rush into my neighbors yard, and mine. So we had to help my neighbors get all of her farm animals out of the barn, and everything because we had seen alligators and we have so many poisonous snakes, so we had to get her horses out and her cow. The water was up to my ribcage and I'm 5'7 so it was basically like we were walking through the ocean and ontop of that we had to keep an eye out for more snakes and alligators. It was just a really busy weekend and I feel terrible for not updating!
