Mako soon came to a halt. I tried to swim to a stop too, but instead ran into him.

"Umph! Sorry. Still trying to get the hang of this." I hastened to say.

That was embarrassing.

"No worries." Mako hastened to add.

I backed up and stared up in front of me.

"OMG! What is that?!" I declared.

"That is Wave Crust." confirmed Mako.

The city of Wave Crust gleamed like sun reflecting of diamonds and was as huge as well...well I don't know of any place that compare to that size! The buildings were as tall as skyscrapers up on the surface also and they spiraled to the top of the sea. The city was also surrounded by a tall brick gate. The name made it sound all old and run down when it was the exact opposite! There were so many people that looked like me too. Wonder how many people got into an shark attack accident too.

"Come on. Let's go." said Mako breaking me out of my trance.

We swam through the city gates and enter a whole different world. If I thought the outside was amazing the inside was more amazing. The buildings were a gleaming white and everything was so organized. There was no vandalism or cursing strangers yelling at each other. Everything was in unity. Perfect harmony.

"This way" Mako said and swimming towards the largest building of all.

The place looked like a palace. It may have been a palace! I quickly swam after him and into the depth of the city.

You may be thinking right now that a city can't be perfect. That there is always some deep, dark secret hidden away in the city like in movies or something. Maybe I just brought this to your attention right now. Well, maybe I'm just one of those go with the flow kind of girls because I just went with it. I was too dazzled any way by the beauty of the city.

"Come on" Mako said said annoyed.

"Okay, Okay." I muttered.

I swam away and hurried to catch up with Mako.

We finally reached the palace steps. After closer examination it looked like the steps had shells implanted in them.

"Come on. You have to meet the king. Hurry up." said Mako.

"You have been saying come on a lot." I angrily muttered.

Mako pushed through the palace doors and we entered through. We rushed down the hall where I once again accidently ran into someone.

"Umph! I'm so sorry!" I hastened to say.

The stranger got up and offered me a hand,

"It's okay. Not the first time it has happened." the stranger said.

The stranger was a male. Great. I'm making a fool of myself in front of all the guys here I thought. He had blond hair with streaks of silver and it was the same length of Mako's. He was the same height as me too and looked my age. His eyes were light blue and he had the same ill grey look as everyone else. Must be a genetic thing I thought.

"You okay? My name is Wade Mist by the way." said Wade.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm Sarah Urban." I said blushing.

Wade looked behind me and looked surprised.

"Hey Mako. What are you doing back so soon?" Wade questioned.

"Well, I ran into Sarah here." replied Mako.

"Wait, you to know each other?" I interrupted.

"Yeah. Since we were kids." said Wade.
