Madison's POV"Come on." I say and pull Lilly's hand.
"When you said amazing place I wasn't expecting it to be this far of a walk." Lilly starts to complain.
"Trust me it's worth it." I convince her. She nods. When we finally reach the spot, she was speechless.
"Wow Maddie how did you find this." She says in amazement. A hill top view of the city San Diego, California. We could see as far as the eye could see. The light shining from each building, which makes you watch in awestruck.
"Are you ready for the first day of school tomorrow?" She hesitates to ask.
"Oh yeah. I love going to a hell hole and watch girls like Olivia over rule the school just because she is rich and 'hot'." I complain.
"Maddie you are rich as well." Lilly says.
"But it's not a power, and you shouldn't use it as one." I says and look at her. She smiles.
"Everyone wonders why you don't." She says, and gives me a look.
"I'm not going to go do something, that I'm against." I say and look her.
"You're right." She says.
"Hey I better head home." We exchange goodbyes and she leaves. I sit there looking over the city. It's like I was waiting for something. But nothing came. I get up and head home, because I'm so excited for hell.
(Next Day)
My day of course starts at 6:30 in the morning. I groan, smash my alarm clock, and slide out of bed. I put on a pair of black shorts, a white tang top, and a pair of black vans. I walk into my bathroom apply mascara, foundation, and my nude colored lipstick. Then finally throw my hair in a messy bun. I grab my circle sunglasses, and my backpack. I take one last look at myself.
"This is my last year of high school." I say smiling. Then head out to my car.
I arrive at hell faster than I expected. I walk into my homeroom, grab a locker number, and a lock. Then head to my locker. A crowd of people form around where I have to be.
"Oh my god I love your shorts." I hear a high pitched voice say. I look into the crowd, and wow there is Olivia.
"Wow you haven't changed a bit." I say and throw her a look.
"Honey you dress like we are still in the great depression." She says smiling, I laugh a little.
"Cute how you think I care." I say, and as I walk by I bump into someone. My paper, bag, sunglasses, and lock scatter all around the floor.
"I'm sorry, I'm a clumsy person." I say looking up at the person. It's Cameron, so I grab my stuff and stand up.
"Thanks." I says to him, in a sarcastic tone.
I finally reach my locker. I look at my schedule, grab my things for those classes, and rush to class. My first class is English. I look around and spot Lilly. She smiles and waves me over. See the thing about Lilly she is gorgeous, and little does she know every guys drools over her. Honestly she could rule this school, and totally over thrown Olivia.
"Hey." I say when I finally approach her.
"Hi." She says, and the teacher begins to speak.
Five minutes in Cameron walks in the class. There is a open seat behind Lilly and I. We look at each other.
"I hope he doesn't sit there." I say. Cameron shoots me a look. Then begins to walk over to us and sits of course behind us. I look down at my paper.
"Okay class, we are going to have these two tables, and these two all chat and get to know each other, and write down 1 facts, and then report back to me. Just to let you guys get to know each other. But just for today." Mr. Mayor says. I look behind us, and of course we have to pair up with the wonderful Cameron Dallas.
"Come on." I say, and pick up my note book, and pen. Lilly sits down at the table first, then I sit.
"So." Lilly says opening her note book. Cameron was looking down, but I caught myself staring at his lips. They were so intimidating. I caught myself and snap out of it.
"Well I have one for Maddie." Lilly says writing something down on her paper, and trying to start a conversation.
"Adventures." She says smiling. Cameron looks at me.
"Adventures?" He repeats, and laughs.
"Yes, she always finds these little places. Li-" She says but I cut her off, and giving her a shut up look.
"Yeah." I say.
"I have one for Maddie." Camron says. I look up and stare at him.
"Rude." He spits out.
"Yeah that's a good one because I have one for you, thirsty. And there is plenty more where that comes from." I say with no expression. Lilly hits my leg under the table. And gives me the devil eye.
"Clever." Cameron says laughing.
"I'll be right back, I have to sharpen my pencil." Lilly says.
"Great." I groan.
Lilly walks away leaving Cameron and I at this awkward table."You're cool Mad." Cameron says to me. I look around to see if there was anyone else named Maddison around. But there wasn't, he was talking to me.
"Wow, I didn't know you where your own person with out your mentor Olivia." I say and stand up, and go back to my seat.
