AUTHORS NOTE: There is a lot of prospective change. But I hope you guys enjoy!
Cameron's POV
After a long quite ride home, we finally reach Maddie's house. When she reaches for the door handle I grab her shoulder.
"You have a habit of doing that. Don't you?" She says turning around.
"Maddie I don't want you to leave all mad." I say looking into her death trap blue eyes. She blinks and looks away.
"I know you didn't know. But you are so brain washed by what she has been saying about me." She puts her hand on the handle again.
"Maddie I'm sorry."
"I know you are, but I just don't understand why all of a sudden you are talking to me?" She says with a confused look. It keeps hurting me every time she asks.
"New start for this year." I lied.
"Well I better get going." She says slamming the door behind her, as if she knew I was lying just as much as I did.
I drive away from her house as if I left something behind. I turn on the radio, and some stupid love song came on. I smash the radio off, and stop on the side of the road. I got out of my truck, and went to the back. I lay flat on my back watching the sky change colors faster than you could believe . Ten minutes later, believe it or not it was dark. I looked up at the sky wondering if Maddison was doing the same.
Maddison's POV
After doing some homework I couldn't focus. I open my window, and the roof of my house lower just a little bit. I lay flat on my back, watching the stars above me dance, and twinkle. I thought about the past two days. Was I mistaken by the whole thing? But what was really on my mind was if Cam was watching the stars too.
Before I went to bed, I stared at my ceiling for a good twenty minutes. I have never been so confused in my life. I honestly don't know how to feel. He leaves me wondering if this is all just one huge mistake, but I still get nervous around him. I don't know what is happening, but I think I kinda like him.
My eye lids become heavy, and I slowly close them. Leaving my thoughts in suspense.
Cameron's POV
I wake up the next morning, and realize there is no school because of some teachers meeting. I was in a kind of beach mood. An that's just what I was going to do today.
Maddison's POV
I wake up and the sun was flashing in my eyes. My phone rings.
"Hello?" I say in a morning tone.
"Hi." I hear Jack Gs voice trail across the phone line.
"What's up?"
"What are you doing today?" He asks. Me and Jack have been friends from many years.
"Nothing, oh wait there is not school today is there?" I ask in surprise.
"Nope, wanna come to the beach with me today ?"
"Of course."
"Okay I'll pick you up in about one hour."
"Okay." We exchange good byes, and he hangs up.
I jump out of bed, and throw my hair in a bun. I walk to my dresser, and pull out my pink and yellow triangle bathing suit. I quickly put it on, and grab a grey sundress. I put on my tan sandals. Then I run down stairs and pack my beach things. I walk to the kitchen and grad a granola bar.
'I'm ready when ever.' I text Jack. Seconds later he texts back.
'On my way ;)' I smile and lock my phone, and go out side. He lives down the street from me. He pulls up with a big smile on his face.
"Ready for a fun day?" He asks me. I nod, and he plays 'I can't feel my face' by the weeknd. We sing along until we reach the beach.
Cameron's POV
A car pulls up with there music blasting. I turn around, and so does Olivia. Jack and Maddie hop out of his jeep. I become tense
and Olivia gasps.
