"YOU'RE PREGNANT."
"Yes," Ginny nodded as she grinned.
I leaped from my seat and wrapped my arms around her.
"My girl's pregnant!"
"Uh, my girl," West tried to but in and insert himself in our hug.
"Bitch, stawp. She was mine before she was yours," I placed my hand on his face and pushed him away.
"Baaabe!"
"You've had your moment, now it's her and I's." Ginny gave him a pointed glance before continuing to hug me.
"Condolences, man." Rad offered as he patted West's shoulder.
"We'll happily celebrate your swimmers makin' it to the finish line. Right, Jess?" Dav grinned as he took his place on the other side of West.
"Though it's last minute, we'll get something going. I'll text Mav." Jess replied as he took out his phone.
"WOOAH. You hear that no corrections, followed by a story length correction." Dav gawked at Jess.
"Similar to the odds of winning the lottery, your expressions have a chance to be flawless."
"Well, that's... I've got nothing."
"Wow, Jess, you finally silenced him." Rad laughed as he elbowed Dav.
"What Jess said, but it goes to him for shutting me up." Dav blushed, making it hard to resist pinching his cheeks.
"Mav said he's got a place to take West. He said to be ready in ten."
"Good, I definitely wanna change my clothes."
"You can't go yet. You've got a tattoo to finish." I clicked my tongue, which froze him in place.
"Oh right.. Have Mav share the location, and I'll meet up with you in forty-five minutes." Dav requested before heading to the tattoo parlor.
"Who's the client?" Ginny asked.
"I am. Do you wanna come with me?"
"Sure, cause I want the tea."
"Have I got a pitcher for you." I giggled as we walked with linked elbows.
"I'm so glad I get to see you before I leave." I quietly squealed as I led her the short distance to Dav's shop.
"I wish you didn't have to go. But I understand why and won't resent you for leaving me. As long as you promise you'll be here for the birth."
"Of course, I won't miss it."
"Promise me."
"No need babes. I'd brave it even with Rigger hot on my heels." I uttered in a steal tone as I offered my pinky.
"That's good enough for me." She grinned as she hooked my pinky with hers.
"Of course. When have I ever broken my word?"
