Kendall's POV:
I was walking back to the cabin with Matthew. Who cares if we still have 30 minutes to visit everyone on the other side? I'm getting this date started!
"Aah!" Yelled Matthew. He tripped on a stick and fell on his face in the mud!
I started laughing like crazy. I ended up tripping over Matthew and got muddy too.
Finally, Matthew helped me up.
"Kendall K Vertes, would you please follow me to the cabin?" Asked Matt.
"Well, of course I will, Matthew James Barrett." I said, grabbing his hand. Our fingers intertwined, mud all over us, it was so romantic!
Matthew's POV:
*at the cabin*
I sat on the Navy blue and black striped couch with Kendall. We were holding hands while watching the movie "The Fault in Our Stars." Eventually, Kendall started crying. She layed her head down on my lap. I stroked her beautiful brown hair. I am so lucky to have her.
By the time Augustus dies, Kendall was practically bawling. I pulled up her head, and kissed her on the lips. After about ten seconds, it was over.
"I forgot, we never took showers!" Said Kendall laughing. I started chuckling at that, staring at the dried mud on Kendall's face.
"Wait, Kendall!" I yelled.
"Yes?"
"Sit down for a minute." I told her, and she did. "Was that kiss, you know... good?"
Kendall laughed.
"Of course! I'll prove it." She leaned in for another kiss. This time, it lasted thirty seconds.
