Addison opened her eyes as she woke up, and saw that the other side of her bed was empty. She let out a sigh, before standing up to get dressed. Once her clothes were on, someone came crawling through her window.
Winona, in silence, sat down on the bed and waited for her friend to be done, while Addison fixed her hair in the full-body mirror. She looked at the werewolf through her mirror and let out a sigh.
"We're all going to the mall after school today. Do you wanna join?" Addison asked. Winona looked at her, before down at her hands. "No, I can't. I have some orders I need to get done. I'll be busy the whole day after school." she answered.
Addison sighed again, before she picked up her own backpack. "Come on." she smiled to her best friend before the two of them went downstairs.
Missy had already made breakfast and lunch for them, while Dale had spared the sudoku for Winona to finish, which she did quickly while eating her breakfast. After that, the two girls headed for school.
They both laughed while they walked, until they entered the building where their friends were by their lockers. The downside of being locker-neighbour with Wyatt.
"I'll see you later." Winona smiled to Addison, before she walked away towards Stacy, Lacey and JC, who had changed for the better after Addison became captain.
She'd spent a lot of time with the three of them the past few weeks, now that Bucky was president and too busy to be with them. She stood with them and laughed about cheerleading stuff, as well as wolf jokes, until she saw her locker was clear.
She excused herself to grab her books, before she hurried off to her classes. This was repeated every day, between every class. And she was able to pretend like nothing was wrong.
Wyatt, on the other hand, was an open book. It was clear to everyone that he was heartbroken. Especially when he looked at the girl who broke his heart. Everyone in the group had noticed it, and talked about it whenever he wasn't around.
Willa hated seeing her brother this way. She'd never seen him this sad before, and it broke her. He though no one knew, but she knew he had barely slept the few weeks, how he sat outside the den for hours, just thinking.
Thinking about her. What he did to her, how he broke her, the danger he put her in. What was he thinking? Wyatt had never regretted anything in his life more than this.
And Willa saw straight through him. She wanted her brother to be happy again, which meant she had to talk to the one person who avoided him at all costs.

Winona hummed to herself as she worked on a dress, alone in her garage as usual.
She immediately ripped of her moonstone necklace as she heard the door open, but was surprised at the one who met her once she turned around.
"I thought you were going to the mall with the others." She said, putting the necklace back on and turned back to the dress.
"I was, but I decided to talk to you instead." Willa said, walking towards her and sitting down on an empty stool.
