"I told you they were going to come," Veronica smirked devilishly in Leon and my selves direction.

"Thank you Veronica but you and Callie can head back to the hall now," Mr Meyers said.

"Poor Juliet," Veronica pouted as she stopped right in front of me. "It really is such a shame no one will get to see your pretty dress but, oh well, never mind, the crown suits my dress better anyways."

"I didn't realise the crown was as trashy as your dress," I remarked.

"Trashy?" She screeched narrowing her eyes at me. "You're the one who looks trashy."

"Oh honey, please. I look like Cinderella at the ball where as you look like her before the whole bibbidi bobbidi boo thing."

Leon burst out laughing and I watched as Veronica's face turned redder by the second.

"Come on Callie, we have to go make sure my hair is perfect before they announce me as Queen," she smiled giving whilst me a death stare.

"You're going to be in that bathroom the whole night trying even get you're hair too look the slightest bit nice."

"That's enough from both of you," Mr Meyers said quieting Veronica who had began to open her mouth. "Now go back to the dance."

Veronica and Callie both smirked in my direction, flicked their perfectly straightened hair over their shoulders and turned to walk back towards the hall.

"Both of you have crossed the line!" Mr Meyers exclaimed when the two the pair had disappeared.

"Come on sir, lighten up," Leon said. "We're both nominees! We have to be in there."

"You don't have to be anywhere but home. If you refuse to leave without causing more of a scene then I'd be more than happy to phone both of your patients to come and collect you."

"JULIET!" Someone screamed. I turned around and saw Mrs Carson, my drama teacher running down the hallway like a man woman.

"Juliet! Come quick we need you now!" She said coming closer.

"She's not going anywhere but home," Mr Meyers said.

"For crying out loud Wilson, the poor girl hasn't done anything and besides i need her right now!" She panted as she grabbed my arm and pulled me with her.

"With all due respect-".

"THIS IS A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION HERE!" She looked at me in the eyes. Her face filled turned a pasty white and a look of dread sprung. "Honey, it's Dallas."
