With life on my heels,
I'm running away
With death in my face,
I stand in his way
To those who never knew me
To those who never knew
Allah protects me and history respects me
To those who never knew me
I wrote this for the Dean of my school who died. Many students in my school were every rude to him before they found out that he died, and some where every apologetic about it. While a large, and ignorant, percentage were either happy that he died or didn't care that he had passed. This just goes to show how having little respect for those who look out for one's well being is very common among the youth. I had every little contact with him because I never had any safety issues, but I was still very humble in the fact that his yelling at people wasn't spiteful in any means.
