Hazel's POV:
Hazel wakes up with the feeling of pain at her ankle. She bends up and her stomach growls. She couldn't resist it so she got her crutches and heads down the stairs slowly and carefully. She hears someone cooking in the kitchen, and when she went in, she saw Nate.
Without looking away from the pan, he greets her. "Morning Potato."
"Morning," she yawns. She goes and sits on one of the chair, and puts her crutches on the other chair beside her.
"What ya cookin?" She asks.
"Breakfast." He answers.
She smells the aroma. It smelled like bacon and pancakes, and she loved those.
Nate puts the food on a plate and serves ut up.
"There you go." He smiles.
She takes in a bite, and she thought it tasted good.
"Thank you Nate," she says. "But... you didn't have to do this, you know."
He sighs. "Hazel, I'm doing this because I love and care for you." He says. "Plus, my mom and dad know how much I care about you, so they'd understand why I'm here."
She sighs. "If you insist..."
"Okay, now eat up. We need to put an ice pack on your sprain later." He says, walking to the bathroom. She stiffened over the thought. To be honest, she didn't like the thought of it. She was scared it might hurt even more. Call her childish, but she really felt not so okay with it.
Hazel grabs her crutches and walks to the living room. She sits down on the couch and places her crutches on the side.
"Hazel I'm back," he says, holding an ice pack. When he sees her face.
"Babe whats wrong?" He asks her, sitting down beside her with a worried face.
"I don't want to put that on my ankle." She says, pouting.
Nate sighs. "Potato, you need this."
"I know but it'll hurt." She insists.
Sttuborn, he thought. He tried to put it on her ankle, but she instantly moves away. He tries again, and she moves it away again. He sighs again.
"Hazel," he starts. "You're gonna need it you know, and if you don't you'll regret it."
"Please can it be later?" She pleads.
Knowing he couldn't say no he days, "Alright fine. We'll put it later."
She smiles. This is gonna be a long day for them.

Iris' POV:While Hazel was at home with Nate, Iris went to school that day in order to fix up the rest of the decorations. The bell already rang and the rest of the members were already leaving. Alec stayed for his last day in the school and as a chaperone in the decorations group, so both of them were the last two people there.
The tables were already set and the fountain was placed in the middle, water running and all. Iris and Alec were fixing up the tables, putting up all the ceter pieces and all. The lanterns were set up and so were the banners.
Iris places a center piece in the middle. "So," she starts. "It's your last day as my teacher, huh?"
He places one on a table then walks to her, "Yeah, I guess so." Then he sits on one of the chairs of the table she was at.
She sits down on another chair on that particular table. She looks around at what the venue has become so far. "You'll be missing alot." She says.
"I know, but as long as you are happy when it comes, then I'm satisfied with the event." He tells her. "Do you have a date?" He asks her.
