So, I don't know how far along Liv is. I skimmed the previous chapters and didn't see my new date of how far along she is, so I am saying she was six months pregnant.

Elliot groaned and turned over. Easton was crying. Very loudly. Liv went into labor exactly two months ago today, and she wanted to be home with him, but one of them had to be at work. Sadly, it was her since it was a little boy that was being sexually abused by a man. It was best for Elliot to stay home while she went to talk to the boy with his mother.
He turned over and got up, groaning as his knees cracked. He felt his diaper. Squishy. He needed a change. "Did you make a present for me?" Elliot asked, trying to get his son calm.
It wasn't working. He continued to scream through the entire changing process. Only when Elliot had put a fresh diaper and swaddled him did he calm down. Holding Easton close, he went downstairs to make a bottle. A quick glance at the clock told him it was time for his feeding anyway.
The day Easton was born was a hellfire. The case they were working on had a major breakthrough, Liv's water broke literally on the desk since she was sitting on Elliot's desk talking to him, and Cragen nearly lost his pension for holding back information of Elliot and Liv's baby from OneP. (I don't think anyone other than Cragen knows.) It came out right then that Elliot was the father and Munch won a pool of 300 dollars from friends and family.
Liv had almost died and had to be taken for a c section. Easton hadn't turned and was breached. Her platelets dropped and almost had to be put in a medically induced coma for a few days after. However she was strong and got through it. It took her around a week to get well enough to come home, but Easton was at home the next day.
She had to stay on bed rest for two weeks then away from work for another full month. Liv's only been back at work for a week. Elliot knew she missed her baby boy, but with Richard helping to babysit Easton and Eli. Lis didn't really want to help out. She still clung to the idea that Elliot and Kathy would get back together. Moreso hope than anything else.
Once Easton was fed and burped, Elliot put him back in bed. The little guy was already asleep again. Lucky duck. Today was Elliot's day off and Richard had asked if he could go hang out with friends over the weekend. Elliot didn't care, he had the weekend off, so Easton would be good with him.
Really Elliot could not believe that he had a son with Liv. Her smile and nose, his eyes and hair. He was perfect. What would make it even better would be if they had a girl as well. Looked like Liv and had her smile, her eyes. Maybe in the next five years. Eli was only around a year old, Easton was only two months. Liv would never want another baby so close. Plus the doctors recommended that they refrain from any sexual activities for at least six months.
Later that day, Easton was taking a nap in the living room while Elliot watched a movie. A nice quiet day while Elliot marinaded some meat for dinner. A knock came at the door very gently. He turned the tv on mute and went to open it.
A light brown haired lady with a little girl around Eli's age was at the door. The girl looked upset and very confused. The lady looked more professional and carried a clipboard. Elliot recognized the stance. CPS. Why would she drop a child off here though? He had enough children.
"Mr. Elliot Stabler?" the lady asked as the little girl took a tiny step back.
"Yes, how can I help you?" Elliot asked, furrowing his brow in confusion.
"May we come in?" she asked, ignoring Elliot's question.
Sighing, he shrugged and moved aside so that they could enter. Quickly he went to turn off the tv and checked on Easton. He was sound asleep, didn't even know someone had knocked on the door. The woman and the girl sat on the couch while Elliot sat in his chair. "Mr. Stabler, this is Rebecca Jean Dowd, her mother, Patty Dowd listed you as the next of kin for little Rebecca on Patty's passing," the lady explained simply.
Elliot did not hear that right. A woman left him her child after she died? "She's not mine though," he said with a worried laugh.
The woman grunted. "While your DNA is in the system due to your being a detective, we ran her DNA through the system and your name popped out as the father. I'm sorry to say that you are the father," she said. After a long and slightly heated discussion of what all happened, Elliot said goodbye to the woman while holding Rebecca.
That night, Easton had already been fed and changed and Elliot was on the floor playing with Rebecca when Liv got home. She had to do a double take when she saw her. "Who's this?" she asked as she went to get her dinner from the microwave.
Elliot didn't know how to say it gently. "She's mine," he simply said.
Liv came rushing back into the living room, eyes wide. "What?"
"When Kathy and I split up the first time before Eli was conceived I dated this one woman that apparently got pregnant and didn't tell me. She died of cancer last week and they did some DNA testing when she said that I was the father. Here she is," Elliot explained.
Rebecca was playing with blocks and smiled up at Liv with her toothy grin. Liv smiled down at Rebecca and sighed. "Well okay then, I'm Liv," she squatted down to greet the girl. "Can I be your mommy?"
