Hades X Maleficent love story💜💙

Announcement

Hades and Maleficent went back to the underworld after finishing up with their friends, both promising to come back in the fall. Well, Maleficent promised, Hades just follows her around so he had no choice but to come. Hades had tried of offer his friends jobs to do in the underworld for their "volunteering" but Merlin said no and that it wouldn't count. A day or two after they returned home, Hades and Maleficent decided to announce the pregnancy to every being in the underworld. They summoned Hecate, Thanatos, Nyx, Erubus, Charon, Hermes the fates and Furies to the throne room, knowing the news would spread fast with them.

"Alright Uncle what's this about?" Hermes ask, "I got a lot of messages to deliver."

"Yeah and I got like 20 new souls I gotta get." Thanatos said a bit impatient.

Hades smiled, knowing (and hoping) their attitude would change in about 3 seconds. "Well I just figured you would all like to know that the underworld is getting an heir." Hades told them. All their mouths dropped in surprise.

"I'm sorry what??" Hermes questioned.

"I'm pregnant." Maleficent said smiling. She was immediately tackled in a hug by Nyx and the furies, who was excitedly screaming. "HOLY SHIT ARE YOU SERIOUS!?"

"Yes I am." Maleficent say hugging the goddess back.

Hermes hugged his uncle, very excited. "Congratulations uncle! I was wondering when you were gonna pop on out!"

Thanatos patted his friend on the back, "congrats boss!"

"Thanks guys." Hades beamed, grinning like an idiot.

"How far along are ya?" Hermes asked.

"4 weeks." Maleficent answered putting her hand on her belly.

"Oh I gotta tell my siblings, they're gonna love this!"

"Absolutely not." Hades snapped getting everyone's attention.

"Why not?"

"Cause we aren't telling anyone outside of the underworld till I'm further along." Maleficent answered, much more calmer than her husband.

Hermes pouted, "so I gotta keep this to myself for...how many months?"

"At most 3." Hades told him.

"Y'all suck!" Hermes pouted more, just making hades chuckle.

"Deal with it nephew."

Nyx was still jump with joy at the thought of a baby running around the underworld. "Eeeeee!! I can't wait! 8 months and we'll FINALLY have a little one running around!"

"Actually 11 months." Maleficent corrected, once again getting everyone's attention, including Hades.

"Uhh..what?"

"Dark fae pregnancy is 12 months, not 9." She explained.

"So you have to carry that thing for a year?" Hermes questioned.

"Yes, and don't call my child a thing." She snapped.

"Good luck with that uncle!" Hermes laughed getting a glare from hades.

"Don't you have messages to deliver or something."

Hermes chuckled, "well I DEFINITELY do now!" Hermes zipped off to inform everyone in the underworld about the baby.

"We're gonna be getting a lot of people in the place aren't we?" Maleficent asked

"I wouldn't doubt it."
