Emiya's residence.
I sat on the couch, drinking my tenth cup of coffee, digesting the information Rizevim had given me about Olympus and its gods. My sleep had already partially left me, and luckily, there was no one home at the moment except for me and Rea-chan, who was doing her maid duties.
So, Zeus had already sent Hermes to Ama-chan, which was adequate but totally out of character. After all, Japan belonged to the Shintoists, and it is quite normal to first notify about his visit, and it was about Zeus, whose ego was inflated more than his dick. Well, the one who incited him to act was, of course, Hades, who 'accidentally' mentioned the Servants.
Ama-chan will definitely allow the presence of Greeks on his territory, well, at least let Hermes to me. And I'm very curious as to what tone Zeus' message will take. However, he wouldn't be offended by a joke or two about his device, would he?
The next moment, I felt a rather familiar presence right outside the residence and deactivated the closed field, and then the ninja serving Yasaka directly rushed inside.
- "Yume-san, I think?" I asked, stopping Rea-chan from doing anything and looking at the severely exhausted guest, "Is something wrong?"
- "Romani-san..." she began, breathing heavily, "Help... Yasaka-sama is under attack... Rias Gremory and her group are trying to hold off the enemy, but... I was able to get out of the barrier thanks to the Governor General, and..."
I raised an eyebrow.
Now I see why no one contacted me. The hero faction had set up a closed field to keep anyone out and prevent reinforcements from arriving.
- "I see," I nodded, "Then let's go."
A magic circle lit up under my feet, spreading across the living room and engulfing Rea-chan and the ninja, and then we disappeared from the residence right into the thick of things.

Kyoto.
The circle dropped us practically in the center of the city, whose residents were apparently evacuated or something. Right in front of me, Yasaka in the form of a huge golden fox with nine tails was fighting a snake-like dragon, Vritra, if my memory serves me right. About a kilometer away from me, there was also a battle going on between the Rias retinue and the Hero Faction. Although, Cao Cao felt a bit different than last time, a bit darker and more fierce, I'd say.
- "Your orders, my king?" Rea-chan asked while the ninja watched the fight worriedly.
- "Help Rias, it seems like they could use a little help," I said and activated the magic chains, "I'll come over a little later."
I teleported to Yasaka and Vritra's feet and snapped my fingers.
Golden chains braided Yasaka and pushed Vritra away from her. The fox started struggling, trying to break free, and then opened her maw and pointed it at me. In the next second, a destructive beam erupted out of it and headed straight for me.
- "Romani-sensei!" Saji's voice came from Vritra, "Vritra, protect him!"
The dragon moved towards me, but I just grinned and put out my hand. A magical circle almost the size of a skyscraper appeared, which completely absorbed the attack and then rapidly shrank into a small ball filled with trapped energy. My chains immediately shrank even tighter, completely enveloping Yasaka, immobilizing and disarming her, and at that very moment Vritra flew over to me.
- "Are you alright, Sensei?" The dragon-shaped Saji asked, looking at me.
- "Yeah," I shrugged, still holding the balloon over my palm.
