The Emiya residence.
At some point, I finally fell asleep, albeit on the sofa, but woke up in my bed in my room from the incredible heat and cramped conditions. Of course, it was Morgan and Tia who had settled down next to me and used me as a pillow and cuddle toy.
Now all the residents of the Emiya residence, including the emissaries of Heaven, were sitting at the common table and eating breakfast at their usual pace, except for Merlin and Mo-chan. Well, I slowly enjoyed my morning coffee, feeding Gabi, who was sitting on my lap, sleepy Tia, and a decidedly satisfied Morgan.
- "So," Morgan began when I glanced in her direction. "How was your visit to Olympus?"
- "Olympus?!" exclaimed Irina, stunned.
- "Knowing you, should we prepare for war?" asked Griselda with a hint of irritation.
- "Romani-san... You didn't do anything, did you?" asked Gabriel, now casting a worried glance at me.
- "Huh? You don't trust me that much? Even you, Gabriel-san?" I raised an eyebrow, to which Irina said nothing, Griselda nodded confidently, and Gabriel lowered her head in shame. "Anyway, I just spanked them a little."
- "Spanked?" Archer crossed his arms over his chest. "Well, if you count two spells of at least A++ rank and the use of Noble Phantasm, then yes, you really did just 'spank' them."
- "What are you...?" Griselda was about to protest when she was interrupted by Gil's cheerful laughter.
- "You made the king happy, you rascal!" he said, laughing. "I think I'll forgive you for not telling me about your visit.
- "Now, now, Gil," Enkidu smiled. "You're such a tsundere."
- "Huh? What are you talking about?" Gil didn't understand. "I'm just showing the courtier the king's generosity. And what is 'tsundere'?"
- "Oh? What's that? The Great King of Heroes doesn't know the meaning of a word? Am I going crazy?" Archer said mockingly, and I rolled my eyes, already used to this kind of thing.
- "The king didn't give you permission to open your mouth, Faker."
- "I don't need orders from some king," Archer retorted and grinned. "Besides, I don't see any king here — just a rooster with a stick up his ass."
- "You're clearly seeking death, Faker," Gil snarled, and two golden portals appeared behind him, with staffs protruding from them.
- "My queen, King Gilgamesh, why don't we calm down and enjoy our meal?" Lancelot suddenly intervened, causing Archer's eyebrow to twitch.
- "Yes, QUEEN, why don't you admit your insignificance before the king and return to your meal?" Gil asked with a smirk on his face. Archer was about to respond when Artoria, her cheeks puffed out like a hamster's, stood up to defend Emiya.
- "No one dares to insult my queen!" she declared, barely audible due to the amount of food in her mouth, and summoned Excalibur, covered in Wind Protection. "Not even you, Gilgamesh!"
- "Saber, not again..." Archer muttered defeatedly.
- "Now, now, Artoria. Chew first, then speak," Medusa chuckled, causing Artoria to blush with embarrassment. She quickly chewed her food, trying to regain her threatening appearance. However, a few crumbs and a few drops of sauce remained on her face.
- "And your manners still leave something to be desired," Morgan said casually, and Artoria naturally turned her gaze to her. "But then, what else could be expected from my talentless sister?"
I rolled my eyes again and focused on feeding Tia and Gabi so as not to become part of all this.
- "The pot calling the kettle black?" Artoria sneered. "Aren't you ashamed to say that, Morgan?"
