Reece's P.O.V
'Calm down Bubbles' I repeated to her one more time as I walked her through the college gates. I still felt her body shake as we walked across the college grounds and in to the building. She hadn't said much since she saw Keefs, but she didn't have to - her body language was saying it all. I could see people beginning to stare at us as I walked us down the corridors and towards the empty group room located in the library. Once inside I closed the door behind us and watched as Bubbles took a seat, her face buried in her hands. I paced up and down running my hand over my face and checked my bb, re-reading the bbm message from Marcus that simply said "I'll sort it"; making a sense of panic come over me. On top of looking out for Bubbles I also felt wary and scared for my brother - yeah he was older but it didn't make me feel any better. I saw Bubbles look at me and I stopped pacing instantly and stared at her. Both of us watching each other for a while
'What the hell is happening' she finally said, shaking her head, 'why can't my life be normal'
'Its okay man' I said sitting down opposite her, 'you don't have to worry about Keefs'
'Yes I do Reece. He's not just gonna go away'
'Marcus is gonna deal with it'
'What more can he do that he hasn't already done? This is dumb' she said standing up.
'Bubbles man, it's not that -'
'Moving here was supposed to help me - help us' she interrupted, turning round to face me, 'but instead it's cause me nothing but fucking drama and pain, my mums not even here for me to cry to and now to top it all off the ONLY family I have over here is not even speaking to me, because she thinks I'm hiding something'
I watched as she leaned her back against the wall looking up towards the ceiling, her eyes closed in frustration. Then she suddenly cramped up, her hands holding her stomach, her back bent forward, her eyes closed tightly in pain and only a quiet hissing sound escaping her gritted teeth.
'Bianca!' I said jumping up and moving next to her. Her face went red as she took a deep breath, her eyes opening and closing. I felt helpless as I stood next to her, rubbing her back methodically, watching as she took in short breaths. She finally stood up straight her hands still resting on her stomach, however her eyes were open now and her face had relaxed, giving signs that the pain had subsided.
'What the fuck was that?' I asked her, wiping away a tear on her cheek. Bianca shrugged her shoulders and suddenly looked tired, as if the pain had taken all energy out of her.
'Period pains. Really bad ones' she replied before looking at her watch, 'we better go' she said before quickly leaving the room, with me standing their confused as hell. Bianca was right - this was a mess. Nothing seemed to make sense anymore, and everything just became so...complicated. When was anything ever going to get back to normal.
Bianca/Bubbles P.O.V
I walked down the corridor my hand still resting on my stomach, wincing each time I took a step to fast or a stride to big, and made my way to class. The pain in my stomach had gone and left nothing more than a mild painful numbing sensation, and I couldn't wait to get into class to take the feminax I had stashed in my bag. I walked into the classroom and sat down at my usual seat, and glanced over to Jade who was busy having a private conversation with Jaden. I don't know if they had finished the conversation or they could feel me looking but they both looked over to me - Jaden smiling and waving, whilst Jade ignored me, walking away and out of the classroom. I sighed and bit the inside of my cheek as I attempted to keep the tears from falling whilst I searched for my period pain tablets. I popped two of the tablets in my mouth and washed them down with my bottle of water and smiled at Jaden as he sat down next to me, his legs stretched out underneath the table.
