Christmas

Isaac and Rosalie gasped in surprise as they could tell what had just happened.

Actually, everyone was surprised to see Tanya officially meet her mate.

Given the fact that she had waited a millennium for Teddy, they were surprised that she didn't have a bigger reaction.

Tanya glanced away from her young mate and towards Rosalie and Isaac.

"I um—" Tanya tried to formulate words, but they seemed to be escaping her at the moment.

Rosalie decided to just get the threat over with seeing as she knew this was a big moment for Tanya.

"It's fine Tanya, I know how long you've been waiting for this moment. But if you ever hurt my son I will rip you into a million pieces and set your ashes on fire. Do we understand each other?" Rosalie said with a threatening growl at the end of her sentence.

"I understand." Tanya said with a nod of her head.

Isaac simply hummed, Rosalie had already done the threatening talk, so he might as well cool the atmosphere off.

"Then welcome to the Black family." Isaac said with a small grin on his face.

Tanya smiled back and gently lifted Teddy onto her lap.

Teddy seemed to become pretty comfortable with Tanya as he snuggled back into her stomach.

Isaac had left Bucky back with Hannah, he'd have to apparate to and from New York later to pick the kneazle kitten up, but he had wanted the kitten to stay a secret until the next morning.

They spent the rest of the day with Isaac just getting to know the members of the Denali family.

Kate was much like Emmett, she was an excitable kid at heart, though she was slightly more mature than Emmett, the two were always playfully joking or arguing with one another.

Kate also has the ability of tactile Electrokinesis, which Isaac found fascinating.

Eleazar was much like Carlisle, whilst Carmen was much like Esme personality wise.

So they were also easy to get along with.

Eleazar had the ability to know other vampires abilities. Which probably would come in handy if ever they were in a fight.

Irina was nice and welcoming, she was slightly shy at times, but if you got her talking about things she liked, she became more outspoken.

Irina liked to shop, much like Alice, but she also likes to watch different types of movies and TV shows.

Tanya liked to watch different movies and TV shows as well, before she met her mate she enjoyed partying and courting men, which had earned her the name the succubus.

That night, Isaac rested in Rosalie's room with a soft sigh, in his usual Yule red and black flannel pants with large white snowflakes on them that he wore to bed, Rosalie was cuddled into his naked torso, and Teddy was sleeping in his magical crib.

Isaac and Teddy were the only ones who needed sleep, so around 9 p.m., Tanya had a sleeping mate in her arms, and had been allowed to bring him up to Rosalie's new room to be placed in his crib.

Isaac followed an hour and a half later to get some rest.

Rosalie smiled and got into bed a little bit later after a nice shower.

The duo drifting off to their son's soft snores.

It was Christmas morning and Alice was like a little kid hyped up on sugar as she ran around the place gathering everyone together to open gifts.
