Y/N's P.O.V

After that Jedi starship landed Sabine, Ahsoka and I board it.

I look around the ship.

Y/N: Wow. This is a nice ship.

Ahsoka: Glad you like it.

???: I knew it!

I look over to see Finn coming out of the cockpit.

I then smile.

Y/N: Finn.

Finn: I knew you were way to stubborn to be dead.

I step forward and we hug tightly.

After a few minutes we pull away.

Y/N: It's so good to see you again, Finn.

Finn: You too, brother.

Y/N: How's Serena? Is she okay?

He nods.

Finn: She's good. She wanted to come along, but Hera needed her help. Along with BD-2.

Y/N: I get it.

I then turn to see a door open and a droid steps out.

???: Hello, Mr. L/N. It's good to see you alive and well.

Y/N: Uh, thanks.

Sabine: Y/N, this is Huyang. He's an old friend of the Jedi.

Huyang: That's one way of putting it.

Y/N: Well, it's nice to meet you, Huyang.

Huyang: Likewise.

He looks at my lightsaber.

Huyang: Hmm. It seems you have a problem.

I look at my lightsaber and see it's sparking.

Y/N: Ah, crap.

I take it off my belt to examine it.

Sabine: It must've happened during the fight.

Finn: But how?

Y/N: No idea.

Ahsoka: Don't worry, Y/N. We have what you need on the ship to fix it. Huyang, can you help him out?

Huyang: Of course. Right this way, Mr. L/N.

He walk into the back room and I follow him in.

(Fifteen minutes later)

The ship is now flying along with the Noti people.

I'm in the back room with Huyang trying to fix my lightsaber.

Y/N: Ah, I need to fix the Emitter Shroud.

Huyang hands me one, but it's not right.

Y/N: No, that's not gonna work. Look.

Huyang: What do you mean?

Y/N: That one's too narrow.

Huyang: Now look here, I have been teaching Younglings hie to construct lightsabers longer than you've been alive.

Y/N: That's great, but I don't need a lesson right now. I need to fix this. We need to stop Thrawn.

I move around the room and manage to find the right Emitter Shroud.

Y/N: Ah, here we go.

Huyang: Who taught you how to build a lightsaber, anyway?

???: Kanan Jarrus.

I look over to see Sabine in the doorway.

Huyang: Is that so?

I smile fondly.

Y/N: Yeah. He was my Master. He taught me everything I know.

Huyang: And I taught him to how to build a lightsaber. I also taught your mother how to build one as well.

Y/N: What?

Huyang: Of course. Now it all makes sense.

Y/N: How could you know them?

Huyang: I told you I almost every Youngling at the Jedi Temple, including your mother and Master.

He starts grabbing parts with his arms.

Huyang: They were both very clever. Your mother was adventurous and caring. Caleb on the other hand was a little shy, but he came out of his shell eventually.

Y/N: How old are you?

Huyang: Old enough to know that the relationship between a Master and their Apprentice is as challenging as it is meaningful.

I nod.

Y/N: That's true.

He pulls out an Emitter that looks just like Kanan's.

I smile.

Y/N: That's it. That was Kanan's.

I take it from him.

Huyang: I had two of those. Kanan took the one and I kept the other just in case.

I then hand it back to him.

Y/N: Well, I don't need it, obviously. I think we should save it for Jacen.

Huyang: I see. You plan to train Jacen then?

I nod.

Y/N: If it's okay with Hera, then yes. I owe it to Kanan to make sure his son is trained.

Sabine: Jacen would like that. He said he'd only want to become a Jedi if Y/N was his Master.

Huyang: From what I've heard about you I'm sure you will be a great Master as Kanan was.

I smile.

Y/N: Thank you, Huyang.

After that I put my saber back together.

Sabine: Looks as good as new.

I ingite my saber and the purple blade comes out.

Huyang: Very impressive. You must've been a good student.

I look to him.

Y/N: I like to think so.

After that we all walk back to join Ahsoka and Finn.

Y/N: Alright, guys. I'm ready to go.

We walk over and see a hologram of Thrawn's base.

Sabine: So, do we have a plan yet?

Finn: Not really. Thrawn has alot of Stormtroopers. I don't see us getting past all of them and stopping him from escaping.

Sabine: There's gotta be something.

I look over to Ahsoka and see her smirk.

Y/N: You've got a plan, don't you?

She nods.

Ahsoka: I do. It's risky, but it may just work.

I shrug.

Y/N: I'm in. What's your plan.

Ahsoka leans forward to tell us the plan.
