Chapter 61: Sabine's Father

Y/N's P.O.V

Sabine, Kanan, BD and I are currently with Rau and Bo-Katan.

We're waiting for the convoy that Sabine's father is being transported in.

Ursa and her people are gonna cause a distraction to get the transport heading our way.

Y/N: I don't see anything yet.

Sabine: Just give my mum a chance.

Y/N: Okay, okay.

A moment later Kanan comes back over with BD after talking with Hera.

Just then we hear an explosion and see smoke off in the distance.

Sabine: Yep. That's my mum.

Y/N: Blowing things up definitely runs in your family.

Sabine: It's a Wren speciality.

Ursa: Sabine, we've engaged Tiber Saxon's Imperial dogs. The prisoner convoy has changed course towards the canyon.

Bo-Katan: Then the diversion worked.

Y/N: Then this is our chance.

Fenn: There. I'm scanning a single passenger, no armor, in the center transport. The one most heavily guarded.

Sabine: If we attack the lead vehicle, my father's transport will fall back. Then someone can sneak up and sabotage the controls, forcing it to stop.

Fenn: By then the rest of the convoy will be too far ahead to do anything about it. So, who's going in?

Y/N: Yep. That sounds like a mission for me.

Sabine: Are you sure?

Y/N: Yeah, I got this. I'll get your father out, I promise.

Sabine: I know. I trust you.

BD-2: (Beeps.)

I look to BD.

Y/N: BD, you stay with Kanan and jam the Imperial comms.

BD-2: (Happily beeps.)

We get into position about the convoy before it gets to us.

As it gets closer the other's and I leave.

I look back to Sabine.

Y/N: Don't go easy on 'em.

Sabine: Wasn't planning to.

I put my helmet on and go to join the other's.

Sabine flies in and hits the transport with paint to blind them.

After that Kanan, Fenn and Bo-Katan join in and help.

A moment later I see the transport fall back and drop down.

I fly in and land on the transport.

I then drop down and get inside the transport.

The Imperial shoot at me, but I quickly ingite my lightsaber and block their shots.

I turn to the last one and force push him out of the transport.

I look over to see Sabine's father, Alrich Wren.

Alrich: Are you with Sabine?

I go over to him.

Y/N: Yes. I'm Y/N L/N.

Alrich: Alrich Wren.

Y/N: Nice to finally meet you, sir.

Alrich: Are you a Jedi?
