Chapter 11

Max's POV

Camp was... weird. I have never been to summer camp before, so I can't really decide if this normal or not. But, I'm leaning toward not. With my experience at school, which is minimal, most kids seem not to know how to fight and what not, where as here the have archery and sword fighting arena even a lava spitting rock wall. I don't like the fact the we are all split up to different cabins but, at least I know where everyone is. I'm walking around the camp exploring. Even though we already had a tour we all split up just to look around. Currently Gazzy and Iggy are making friends with two boys who looked like twins, Travis and Connor. 

"Hello you must be Max." A girl with with black hair that is braided and is wearing long purple dress thing greeted me. 

"I'm Reyna Praetor of Roman camp, Camp Jupiter." I recall what Annabeth said while on the tour that there was another camp that they discovered last year. 

"Ya, I am. Hi." She doesn't seem to look at me strange like most others do. That's one thing I noticed about camp. They all seemed to find are wings cool but treat them as if they have seen stranger. 

"Are you lost? or-" She doesn't finish she gets pushed to the ground by a boy. Wait is that boy ON FIRE! I look around for water when I hear laughing. The boy that was on fire now isn't. the girl I was talking to, Reyna, seems pretty pissed off while the boy is laughing like a mad man with another blond boy who has a scare on his lips.

"Uhhh" Great, I can't think of anything to say. 

"That was awesome!" The boy that was on fire laughs like a mad man. The blond seems to notice me standing there and a rather angry looking Reyna standing up brushing the dirt off. 

"Hi You must be Max, I'm Jason and that creepy dude there is Leo." 

"I am not creepy!" The boy, Leo yells indignantly.

"Also he might want to run..." Jason says to me but is warning Leo of the furious person behind him. 

"Whaaa....Ahhh" Leo runs off being chased by Reyna and two dogs that I had not seen earlier. 

"Haha sorry about that," He turns to follow them. "Anyway, see you around." 

Percy's POV

It is nice to be back in the arena training. Even though dummies aren't people I still find it useful practice. I was chopping up some dummies when I hear a shout.

"Percy! Oh gods! Percy!" Who is- Wham! Nico runs right into me. I catch myself from falling and so does he.

"Percy!" He screams.

"Dude, I'm right here you don't have to scream." He laughs but is still smiling but something in his eyes makes him look panicked.

"What's up?" I say calmly not freaking out because I don't know what he is freaking out over. I takes a lot to freak out Nico so this must be big, so I try to keep calm.

"Percy, She she is," He takes a breath he must have run over here. "She, mom," I know he is referring to my mom not his, because that is what he has called her after she legally adopted him and has joined the family, even though he was in it before. He still keeps his last name thought."...went into into labor a few hours ago. We didn't get the new till just now when Paul called."He explains in a rush. I freeze. My brain is slow, What? Wait, What!? 

"What?" I try to sound loud but it comes out as a whisper. I mean I knew she was far pregnant but holy Ophiotaurus! ( XD anyone get it?) 

"She's on her way to hospital now..." He says regaining his breath. 

I leap into action. " I'll go get Annabeth, you IM Thalia," See Thalia has too practical become a daughter to my mom, she would kill me if we didn't tell her. "Hurry up! We need to gooooo." I yell as I run off to the Athena cabin. I run past Max who jogs up to cacth me.

"What's the rush?" She is nervous thinking there is trouble.

"My mom's prego and is going to pop." I say with forced laughter, all I got was a 'huh?' I ran into the Athena cabin with a few campers yelling, Annabeth turns.

"What is it, Percy?" She is looking behind me as if she expects a monster to appear, no this is worse than a monster. I just grab her hand and run to find Nico.

"Percy! What is going on?" I'm to out of breath and worried to explain so instead I find Nico who just finished Im'ing Thalia. 

"Come on, Hurry up you two." I yell trying to pull them to the entrance of camp.

Annabeth stands strong. "Percy, tell me what is going on."

"Mom, is giving birth." Nico explains as I try to pull Annabeth. You can see all the emotions on her face. Then she smiles. 

"Well, What are we waiting for?" She sprints to the entrance with me and Nico tailing behind her.

Annabeth's POV

"Mom, Where's mom?" Percy asks the first nurse he sees. He doesn't even say a name, how is she supposed to know who 'mom' is. The nurse stares blankly at him. 

"Can you tell us where the maternity ward is?" I ask politely. She gives us directions which then leads to Percy pulling me and Nico through the hospital as some staff yell at us. When we find it I ask a near by doctor which room and he checks a chart then points out the room.

"Mom?!" Percy bursts through the door. 

"Percy..." Replies a calm voice fallowed by a babies cry. 

Hellooo. So, what do ya think? I have picked a gender but please comment baby names, both boy and girl, because I don't wanna revile gender yet. Please review! I have decided to update every Saturday from now on and every Sunday on my other story.
