Chapter 12

Percy's POV

"Mom.." I whisper as I look at the little bundle in her arms. Sure, my mom currently looks like she just ran in 120 degree weather while wearing a winter coat and screaming like an angry taxi man, but I don't care I go over and envelop her in a hug. I see Paul off to the side and smile at him. Annabeth comes in behind me and smiles at my mom who is now crying. 

"What's the gender? Have you picked a name?" Annabeth stands next to me.

"G.. girl." My mom gets the word through despite crying of either happiness or pain, but I'm going with the happiness.

"I.. we," She looks at Paul. "We have decide to call her Flora." 

(Sorry for interruption just shout out to Fax-and-Percabeth who came up with the name. Sorry if I didn't pick yours they were all really good XD Thank you all who gave suggestions and please keep reviewing. Back to story..)

"Flora meaning flower and Roman goddess of flowers and spring time." Annabeth says while her eyes are glued to the bundle in my mom's hands.

"Awesome name, mom." I say genuinely and smiles. 

Paul walks over, "She is beautiful." My mom looks like she about to pass out so I lean forward and kiss her head and take Flora, my new sister just as a nurse comes in.

"We need Flora, to run some tests to make sure everything is normal. We think she'll have a clean bill of health though, with such a smooth delivery." The nurse has a cheery tone and I giver Flora. She nods to me and smiles. I see Paul in the corner of my eye sitting in a chair.

"Percy, you should go home. She's gonna be asleep for a while anyway and you could use some yourself." He probably notices my reluctance. What if she woke up? What if she wanted me? Look at Annabeth expecting her to agree but by her face I think she wants to stay as well. 

"We are going to stay her,if that's alright,Paul? We can go get some food in the cafe I saw downstairs." Annabeth says confidently. All Paul does is a nod, and Annabeth grabs my hand and practically drags me from the room.

"Percy!" Nico calls my name from down the hall. Then I realize we lost Nico earlier, I was so focused that I didn't realize. Then I notice an angry looking Thalia behind him.

"Listen here fish face! We have been all over this hospital looking for you guys! You could have waited! Where were you? What about Sally?" Thalia yells at me all at once. To which I cleverly respond to with "Uhhh.." Even though I had a wonderful sleep last night and was perfectly fine earlier now I feel exhausted.

"Why don't we go get food."Annabeth tries to calm Thalia. 

"What about Sally?" She says looking over Annabeths shoulder. 

"She's sleeping, you don't want to wake her do you?"

Max's POV

"What's with Percy?" I ask one of the campers I saw Percy talking to earlier. 

"His mom just gave birth and is a HUGE mamma's boy." The older blond boy says. It makes sense I guess... But, what am I supposed to do in the meantime? We were supposed to have a meeting about all the craziness. I decide to go check on the flock to see how they are all settling in to camp.

Since the Aphrodite cabin is closets I decide to start with Nudge.

Walking up to the door I already hear yelling. Things like,"Omg! My make-up is smudged! Where's my perfume? Did you see Brad yesterday?!Stop taking my stuff. Omg he's so hot. Who stole my fav bra?! Where is the purple eyeliner?!" Geez it's like a madhouse. When I knock no one answer, probably because they can't hear me over their yelling and gossip. 

Then a girl who doesn't look like all the other girls pops her head out, when she sees me she steps outside shutting the door loudly. 

"Hey, I'm Piper, your Max right?" She doesn't seem like all the other siblings of hers that I have had the 'pleasure' of meeting. 

"Ya, is Nudge in there?" I motion to the chaotic cabin. 

"Oh ya, one sec I'll get her." She goes back in and comes out a minute later with a very happy and dressed up Nudge. Piper goes back in.

"Hey Max! Don't you just love it here?! It is totally amazing. All of my sisters are amazing! This is so cool Max! The have so many clothes too. They have a giant closet and they let me pick whatever I wanted. Isn't this dress the cutest. This is so co-" 

"Calm down there motor mouth." I laugh a little at her expression. 

"Just wanted to see if you were okay, but I think by that you are." She smiles even more.

Time Skip

... 

After talking to Nudge for a little bit I left to go see Iggy. It kind of made me sad to see how happy Nudge was, it felt as if I was losing my little girl. However it was nice to see her with her type of people. 

"Hey Iggs." I see Iggy and Gazzy hanging out with some Hephaestus kids probably talking about bombs. Then I see the kid that was on fire. 

"Hey. You were that kid!" His smile is one of mischief. 

"That is I! Super Supreme McSizzle." He announces while flexing his arm and looking off into the sky. "But, some people call me Leo." He says in a after thought.
