Hey :) Sorry for taking longer than I wanted to, but school is still on and important so I've been busy with work and things.

Like I've said before, this story is definitely a bad influence on me. I keep having arguments with my business studies teacher :P It's quite funny though :D

Anyways, I've got to go back to revising. So I shall leave you to read.

P.s Video on the side has been stuck in my head for two days straight :) Her version is much better than the original :D

CHAPTER TEN

"Don't just stand there Rox!" Jessie shouted up at me. "Call an ambulance."

I snapped out of my daze and nodded. I pulled my phone out of my pocket while walking away. I didn't want to see Jade like that anymore. "Hello what's your emergency?" The man said over the phone.

"I need an ambulance to Langston's School please. My friend fell down the stairs and is unconscious." I said in a panic.

"Okay it's on its way. What I need you to do, is see if she's breathing. And don't move her unless she needs CPR." He said making me walk over to the stairs.

"Jessie is she breathing?" I asked him. He checked her pulse and checked she was breathing and nodded. "Don't move her," I said walking away again. "She's breathing," I told the man.

"Okay we'll that's all we can do until the ambulance arrives. It should take less than five minutes. Okay?" He sounded like he was trying to calm me down. But it didn't work.

"Thank you," I said before we hung up. I paced around a bit while biting my nails.

"Are you still here?" Mr Hartley said leaving the library. "I would've thought you'd have gone home by now." His smile fell when his eyes met mine. "What's wrong?" He walked up to me, placing his hand on my arm. I looked and pointed towards the stairs. He furrowed his eyebrows before walking over. "Shit," he said running down the stairs. "What happened?"

I heard him ask Jessie. I really hope he doesn't tell him it was my fault. Mr Hartley already thinks badly of me. "She fell down the stairs as we were leaving." Jessie said slightly panicked.

"Okay have you called an ambulance?"

I assumed Jessie nodded, because the next thing I heard was Mr Hartley telling him to leave. "Go outside and wait for the ambulance. Just to make sure they come to the right place. Okay?"

"Yeah," Jessie said before I heard running footsteps.

"Rox," he called me. I took a deep breath before going to the top of the stairs. "Come here," he said putting Jessie's jacket over her. He looked up and saw the apprehension on my face. "I promise it'll be okay. I'm here now," he said seriously but had a soft face. I tentatively walked down the steps. "It's going to be okay." He tried reassuring my again. He grabbed his coat and wrapped it around me. "We'll go with her, and you'll see everything is okay. You'll be in another DT together in no time." He joked making me laugh slightly. I hate it when people do that. You know when you're meant to be upset or angry and there's always that one person who makes you smile or laugh? It annoys me so much.

By the time Jessie came back with the paramedics, I was completely shut off. I tried to get away from what happened, but it was so difficult. I didn't want to think about how I made one of my best friends fall down the stairs. "I'm sorry but you just can't drive with us. We only let family travel with us and there simply isn't enough room anyway. I'm sorry," the paramedic said climbing into the back. "If you can make your own way there we're going to the city hospital. Go to A and E okay?" He shut the doors leaving us three outside.
