MICHAEL HAD ALWAYS BEEN A MAN OF LUXURY, AS SHOWN THROUGH HIS PORSCHE.

Yet, here he was, working on a hunk of junk of a car, if you could even go as far as to call it a car. The thing had only three wheels, chipped paint, and a great deal of rust on the bumper. It was just a piece of metal, no way in hell it could drive.

It was a piece of junk, but Vienna wasn't exactly focused on the car, more so the person working on it, Michael. And he looked good. He was wearing a pair of jeans that hung low on his waist, and they were stained with oil. He wasn't wearing a shirt, and Vienna watched in silence from a short distance away as his muscles contracted as he moved about, almost effortlessly looking through the car. He straightened up, wiping his arms on a discarded white t-shirt that was laying at his feet, and that was when he caught sight of Vienna. He dropped the towel down again.

"Hey." He says, smiling.

"Hey. Didn't know you were a mechanic." She says. She could tell by the look on his face that he was using this car as a distraction. He clearly wasn't the only one in need of a distraction.

He shrugs. "I've decided to take up restoring cars. In case something happens to my beloved porsche."

Vienna smiles. The thought of Michael losing his Porsche was almost hilarious. He loved the thing more than anything. "Interesting."

"I'm a man of many mysteries." He leans against the car, crossing his arms over his chest. "And talents." He says with his usual smirk paired with a wink.

Vienna laughs at him. "Real funny, Townsend."

Their playful banter was interrupted by Briggs storming from the house, a look of pure anger on his face. "Both of you, inside, now."

"Oh, come on, Briggs. We're just getting to the fun part." Michael gives him pleading eyes, smirking at Vienna.

Briggs was the opposite of amused. "Put your shirt back on, Michael."

"But it's hot out-"

"Enough. Both of you inside." He puts a hand on Michael and Vienna's shoulder, shoving them gently toward the house. "And get Lia, Cassie, and Sloane. Meet in the living room in five. Dean's already down there." He was mad, and Vienna was a bit nervous. He wasn't the most easy-going guy in the world, but he was rarely truly angry like this either.

"Or else." Michael adds on in a whisper voice, still smirking, but Vienna was no longer amused.

"Move!" Briggs shoves the door open, his voice nearly a yell.
