The first thing I felt was the weight of him.

Jimin curled against me like a warm secret, his fingers lightly fisted in my t-shirt, legs tangled with mine. His breath puffed softly against my neck, slow and steady, like even in sleep, he knew he was safe.

I didn’t open my eyes at first.

I just… listened.

To the way his breathing fell in rhythm with mine. To the soft rustle of the blanket every time he shifted the tiniest bit. To the echo of last night still pounding in my chest the softness of his skin, the honesty in his voice when he said “I want to feel it… even tomorrow.”

God.

Even now, the memory of his eyes wide, trusting, glowing with something too pure for this world it made my heart ache in the most gentle, painful way.

The morning light spilled gently through the curtains, painting golden streaks across the blanket. Everything felt still. Soft. Sacred.

I tilted my head slightly, just enough to see his face.

His cheeks were still faintly pink, lips slightly parted, hair a little messy from sleep. And that silver bracelet on his wrist it caught the sunlight like it was made of stars.

It hit me then.

Just how easily he made me believe in things again warmth, tenderness, second chances. I used to think I didn’t deserve love like this. But Jimin? He made me feel like maybe I did.

God.

How could someone look so beautiful just breathing?

I reached up and gently brushed my thumb across his cheek. He stirred at the touch, brows twitching slightly before his lashes fluttered open.

“Yoongi…?” he mumbled, voice groggy, lips slow to move.

“Morning,” I whispered, leaning in to kiss his forehead. “Sleep okay?”

He nodded, then yawned softly, stretching like a sleepy kitten. “Warm. Really warm.”

“That’s because you slept on a human heater all night,” I teased.

He giggled, eyes still half-closed, and curled back into my chest. “I like my heater.”

I smiled, brushing my fingers up and down his spine. “Even when your heater teased you mercilessly last night?” I smirked.

His eyes snapped open, expression full of sleepy alarm.

“Don’t you dare.”

I leaned in close, brushing my lips against his ear. “You looked so pretty last night... when you whispered ‘I want to feel it’… remember that?”

“YOONGI!”

His face burst into crimson, and he buried it into the pillow with a muffled groan.

I laughed softly, wrapping my arms around his waist and pulling him closer. “I’m just saying—you really know how to make a man lose his mind.”

“I hate you.”

“No you don’t.”

“Fine. I tolerate you.”

“That’s not what you said last night,” I whispered against his skin, enjoying how fast his cheeks flamed again.

“YOONGI!”
