"calum! we have to go rent tuxes for prom!"

"yeah yeah, I'm coming." calum said, grabbing his car keys.

"who would've guessed that calum hood has a girlfriend and is going to prom?" michael said and calum rolled his eyes.

"stop teasing me." he mumbled and opened the apartment door.

"I can't believe we're going to get tuxes for prom. I can't believe we have dates." I said once we were in the car.

I was nervous, so nervous. it was two days away and I was already panicking that I would mess something up.

winter is just so perfect and I don't want anything to go wrong. our relationship makes me so happy. it's not official or anything, but I'm getting there. 

"what kind of tux do we even get?" calum said once we got to the shop.

"I don't know, just get one that looks normal, I guess."

we both picked out plain black tuxes and payed for them.

honestly, I'm shocked that calum has a girlfriend. he just doesn't seem like the dating type. I wasn't the dating type either, but that was before winter came into my life.

"luke, I'm scared out of my mind to go to prom." calum said. me too, calum. me too.

"I am too. but don't worry. naomi really seems to like you. you'll be fine." he sighed a sigh of relief.

"do you like this one?" I was currently at a small boutique with matt. he was holding up absolutely hideous dresses for me. we must have been here for two hours already, and I haven't seen one dress that is even close to my style.

"do you even know me? I would never wear something like that!" I said. he was holding up a hot pink dress that looked like a tutu.

a salesperson approached me holding a black dress with lace on the sides. "how about this?" I grabbed it out of her hands and she smiled. Matt just rolled his eyes.

the dress fit my body perfectly. not too big, not too tight, it was perfect. I walked out of the fitting room to show matt and his mouth practically dropped to the floor.

"damn girl! you look hot." 'I laughed.

I bought the dress, along with a pair of matching black pumps.

"hey mom, we're back." I said once we walked in the door.

"oh, honey. let me see your dress!" my mom said. I held it up and she gasped.

"wow, it's beautiful! just don't show your father...he won't be too pleased." I rolled my eyes.

"we're going up to my room now." I said, pulling matt up the stairs.

"so, who got lucky enough to go to prom with you?" I asked once we were in my room.

"oh, I'm just going with joey. as friends." he said. honestly, I'm surprised that matt doesn't have more guys all over him. he's quite attractive.

"do you...like him? I see the way you look at him." he sighed and nodded.

"really? oh my god. I'm gonna make you two date. it'll be adorable." I squealed.

"shut up. he's into girls, remember?" matt said and I rolled my eyes.

"I doubt that. have you met the guy? he's not straight. for sure."

"whatever. I gotta go anyways. see you soon!" Matt said.
