Izzy's POV
"Breath in that fresh air!" I said, flourishing my hands and jumping for joy. The hot summer sun beat down on Jullia and I, as we walked the streets of Ottawa. Shopping bags hung down from our arms. We both wore short-shorts, sunglasses, and simple flowing t-shirts. Giggling, we set our sights on our next store.
"Oh, Oh!" Jullia said, pointing. "That one!" I looked up at a expensive looking store. A glass case on the outside showed lovely summer dresses. We looked at each other, and walked in. There were a few perks to living in Elmsville, and one of them was your parents usually had money to spare.
We walked around in the store for awhile, hanging on to the lovely air conditioning. Jullia pointed out this dress, that was purple and had puffed out incredibly at the bottom. She raised her eyebrow at me, questioning, and I shook my head.
"This one is gorgeous!" Jullia gasped. She was staring at a red dress, that was similar to the purple, but had fake roses sticking out where the shoulders were.
"Nah. It's just to much" I muttered.
"Cost wise?" Jullia asked.
"No. It's too over the top..."
"I kind of agree" Jullia said. We left the store empty handed, and kept walking through Ottawa.
"It's so nice to finally be on the big trip!" Jullia said, giddy.
"I agree. And to think... Grad is coming up so soon!"
"We're almost in high school! Weird!" Jullia checked her watch. "Oh no! We're almost late. We have to make it back to the meeting point soon, to catch up with the class."

Hope's POV
Even shopping couldn't lighten my mood. Not even shopping! Thoughts of Nick provoked me, and I could barely sleep at night. Me and David's parents have tried to push the police away from us, due to always being questioned about Cate as well. The police had just gotten to much.
Our parents weren't going to let David and I come to Ottawa, but we begged them, and they eventually came around.
I sat on the ground, frequently checking my watch, hoping time would fly by. Being alone on the trip was making me sad, but then David came around the corner.
"Hope Diamond, not taking the time to do some shopping in Ottawa? This is a strange sight!" He said. I rolled my eyes.
"I know, I know. Just have been thinking about Nick..."
"Hope, stop doing that to yourself. Have fun on this trip, while you can!"
"He- he told me he loved me!" Tears started to fall from my eyes. Whenever I replayed that part in my mind, I would always cry, every time.
"And you said you loved him back. But do you, Hope. Or were you just caught up in the moment?"
"I don't know. But it'a time to go back to the group, alright" I said, changing the subject. When Nick told me he loved me, every bone in my body shivered, and my heart melted. Our entire relationship was a lie, but his love wasn't. I never truly met him. I never truly knew him.
"Well, I'm going to go get Adam. See you back at the group"

Adam's POV
"What about these?" James asked, showing off a nice pair of running shoes. Owen shook his head, but Tyson nodded. "Adam, what about you?"
"I think there... boring" I admitted. James nodded, taking them off.
