Adam's POV
I was forced into my room, and my entire family had left.
When I had said I was gay, literally my entire family fell silent. Fortunately, my Aunt Lucy got up and began to say some kind things, and how she was proud of me, but my mom shooed her away.
"Adam, please go up to your room" My dad said.
"But Dad-" I began to say, holding back tears.
"That's enough. Go!" He said. So, I did.
I was up there for a good amount of time. They went on eating dinner without me, but it seemed quiet and awkward.
I was doing okay with holding in the tears, but I was shaking and furious. My own parents were upset with me being me.
After awhile, I heard my extended family start to leave, and now I'm here. Sitting on my bed, doing homework, waiting for the storm.
I heard movement coming up the stairs. I braced myself for the worst, but instead in came my brother, Cameron.
"Dude, what you did back there was brave!" He said.
I smiled.
"How much trouble did I get myself into??" I asked, worried for the answer.
"Seems like a lot. But I'll try my best to tone them down, make sure they don't explode." He laughed.
"Ha, thanks." I said. And after an awkward pause, he left.
My parents didn't come in my room that night. And they didn't talk to me in the morning, before school.
I wonder if they would have if they knew after tomorrow night, I wouldn't be coming back home for awhile

Izzy's POV
Josh's date made me feel like I was walking on sunshine, until I saw Jullia the next day. She was sitting by her locker, before class, and reading a book on her own. She seemed upset, and to be honest it looked like she wasn't even paying attention to the words in the story.
I sat down next to her, and she didn't even turn her head.
"Hey." I say, trying to start the conversations off simple.
She didn't say anything.
"Please Jullia, talk to me! I'm sorry that. I 'stole' Josh from you, but you never told me. You never told me anything about him." I say.
"Izzy, please leave." She mutters.
"What! No! And honeslty ever since you got mad at me you have been alone. Have you talked to anyone else?" I ask.
"Pft! What!" She says, obviously lieing. I've learned that whenever Jullia isn't telling the truth, her voice gets really high pitched, and she starts madly itching her scalp. "I'm doing fine without you! I've even got a new friend!" Jullia gets up, and stands there waiting for a random person to turn the corner.
Suddenly, Kathryn does.
Kathryn's a short brown haired girl, who's very smart, but definetly not friends with Jullia.
Then, Jullia grabs Kathryn.
"See" She says. "My new best friend Kathryn." After lots of struggling and confusion, Jullia manages to force Kathryn into a hug.
Kathryn breaks away and looks up at Jullia. "What's your name again?" She asks.
Jullia just gives up and walks away. I knew I had to talk to her about Josh, but I'm glad I'm done with that, because to be honest, Jullia kinda scares me. I love her to bits, but she's a black belt in karate, and a total tough girl. So I'm lucky she didn't drop kick me.
