Some are normal, like don't disrespect the elderly or only put two shakes worth of salt on your eggs, get the projekt 1065 plans, but some are... different.
Some say things like:
"Don't try to save Simon. You'll only get shot too like last time."
Or even
"Remember to check the playing card in the bedroom of the house that's hosting the dinner party."
But, the one that seems to be most important to him (and is underlined several times):
"Save Fritz this time."
