Finally, Brown, (before his political career), executed incestuous, female criminal Elizabeth Ann Duncan. Duncan was involved in her son, Frank. But Frank was in love with Olga Kupzyck Duncan. Olga, who was seven months' pregnant to Frank, was murdered by Elizabeth in anger. The date was: November 17, 1958.
Augustine Baldonado, aged 25, and Luis Moya, aged 22, was paid $US6,000 for the crime. In the end, Elizabeth and a man called Ralph Winterstein, also 22, got an annulment by illegal means. They were found guilty in Court, and she died for her crimes. By December 1958, she was sent to the execution chamber, and was never heard of again.
