Striker swung his legs off the bed, letting them dangle over the edge, stretching carefully. His chest rose and fell slowly, exhausted from the birth and everything that had happened over the past months.

Chaz, still holding their newborn son Kai close to his chest, watched him curiously. "What're you doin'?" he asked softly, leaning forward just slightly.

Striker let out a faint, tired chuckle. "Just... need to stretch, that's all," he murmured.

Chaz nodded, his fingers brushing over Kai's tiny head, careful not to disturb him. But even as he held the baby, his other hand slipped into his jacket pocket. His fingers closed around the familiar smooth leather box, creasing it slightly in anticipation. He drew in a deep, steadying breath, heart pounding, and knelt slowly onto one knee beside the bed.

Striker, still tired and confused, tilted his head, watching Chaz carefully. "Chaz... what're you—?"

Chaz held the box open, revealing the two simple yet beautiful rings. The yellow-silver ring glimmered faintly, chosen to represent Striker and all the strength, love, and care he gave; the light-blue silver ring reflected Chaz's own essence, meant for Striker to wear. Chaz's other arm cradled Kai securely, keeping the baby close as his eyes never left Striker's.

"Striker," Chaz began, voice trembling slightly with emotion, "you made me the happiest demon in all of Hell. Your love, your care, your strength... you've always stayed by me, and you've given me more than I could ever ask for. And now... now you've given me the greatest gift of all—our little Kai."

Chaz swallowed hard, tears shining in his eyes as he breathed, "And now I want to give you something too. Something I hope you'll never forget." He held the rings higher, shining under the soft light of the room. "Striker... will you do me the honor... will you marry me?"

Striker froze, eyes wide, blinking rapidly. His chest tightened as he took in the sight: Chaz, on one knee, holding their son with one arm, the two rings gleaming in the other, and his entire soul written in his gaze. Tears began to spill down Striker's cheeks as he looked between Chaz and the baby cradled safely in his arms.

The world felt impossibly still in that moment. All the fear, the pain, the chaos—they all fell away, leaving only the love that had carried them through everything. Striker's voice caught, barely a whisper at first, choked with emotion.

"Yes," he managed finally, shaking with joy and relief. "Yes, Chaz... a thousand times yes."

Outside the door, Stolas, Blitz, Millie, and Moxxie erupted into quiet, excited cheers, clapping hands and muffled whoops, careful not to disturb the intimacy of the moment, but unable to contain their happiness for the new family.

Chaz's grin broke wider, tears running freely now, as he slid the yellow-silver ring onto his finger and gently placed the light-blue silver ring on Striker's. He leaned in, pressing a tender kiss to Striker's forehead while Kai squirmed slightly in his arms, cooing softly as if approving.

Striker laughed through his tears, wrapping one arm around Chaz while the other hand hovered protectively over their son. "You... you're insane, you know that?" he whispered.

Chaz laughed too, tears mingling with a wide, radiant smile. "Maybe... but you love me anyway."

And in that little hospital room, with the newborn Kai cradled between them, Chaz and Striker shared the quiet, perfect moment of a family bound by love, laughter, and promises that would last far beyond the chaos of Hell itself.

One by one, the doors to Room 203 slowly opened, and their friends peeked in, unable to contain themselves any longer.

Millie was the first to step inside, her eyes lighting up the moment she saw Chaz cradling Kai in his arms. Her hands flew to her mouth, and she squealed softly, tears of joy welling in her eyes. "Oh my god... he's so perfect!" she whispered, stepping closer to get a better look without disturbing the family.

Chaz's grin stretched even wider, his heart swelling. "Yeah... yeah, he's amazing, Millie. Just like his dad," he said, glancing down at Striker with a fond, adoring smile. Striker's tired eyes met his, and a small, proud smile curved his lips.

Next, Moxxie stepped in, adjusting his tiny suit nervously, but his eyes sparkled with happiness. "I—I can't believe it... you guys really did it... he's so... beautiful!" Moxxie murmured, voice shaking slightly with emotion as he peered at the little baby.

Blitz followed, leaning against the wall first, trying to look composed but failing miserably. His eyes softened immediately, and he whispered, "You... you really did it, Chaz... Striker... he's perfect. Both of you did perfect."

Finally, Stolas swept in, his regal feathers brushing the floor as he smiled warmly. "Oh, my dear, look at this little hatchling! How wonderful... how utterly magnificent! And congratulations again to both of you. Such a beautiful family."

Chaz, still holding Kai carefully, chuckled softly and wiped a tear from his cheek. "Thanks, guys... means a lot. We've waited so long for this, and it's finally real."

Striker reached a hand over, touching Chaz's arm and leaning his head against him, exhausted but glowing with happiness. "Yeah... we're finally here," he whispered, voice hoarse but content.

Millie gasped again, looking from Chaz to Striker to the baby. "I can't even... I'm just so happy for you both," she said softly.

Moxxie nodded vigorously. "Yeah... this is incredible. Kai is perfect—he's exactly what you two deserve."

Blitz scratched the back of his neck, trying to stay composed, but his voice wavered. "You... you guys made it through all the chaos... and now this... just wow."

Stolas chuckled, letting a soft laugh escape. "Indeed... may this family always know happiness, strength, and love, as magnificent as this very moment."

Chaz leaned back against the bed, carefully holding Kai as Striker curled close to him. Their eyes met briefly, sharing a quiet, knowing smile, while their friends quietly celebrated the new life and the love surrounding them.

Stolas leaned back slightly, feathers ruffling in curiosity. "And what comes next for you two, hmm? Now that you've... well, completed this miraculous chapter of your lives?"

Striker, still leaning gently against Chaz, glanced down at Kai swaddled in Chaz's arms. "We've been thinking... we're gonna move to Wrath. Somewhere familiar... somewhere safe. Away from Crimson and all the chaos, so Chaz doesn't get himself killed again."

Everyone nodded in understanding, the weight of that decision sinking in. Blitz crossed his arms, a small relieved smile on his face. "Smart. Honestly, I don't know how you two survived all this long with him breathing down your neck all the time."

Millie smiled, eyes soft as she looked at the little family. "Sounds like the perfect plan... somewhere calm to start fresh. Kai's gonna love it."

Moxxie, adjusting his tie nervously, nodded. "And you've got a safe place lined up already?"

Striker's tail curled lazily behind him as he smiled faintly. "Yeah... I've been fixing up an old shack near the town in Wrath. It's not much, but it's ours, and it's quiet. We'll make it home."

Chaz let out a low, excited laugh, eyes sparkling as he looked at Striker and their baby. "I've never been to Wrath before... but I know one thing—I'm gonna love it. With you two? Every second of it."

Stolas clapped his hands together softly, a delighted gleam in his eyes. "Oh, marvelous! A new home, a new start, and a family to cherish it all. I daresay this little hatchling is in the perfect place."

Blitz shook his head with a smirk, muttering under his breath, "Man... I'm jealous already."

Chaz leaned over, kissing Striker softly on the forehead while still holding Kai. "It's gonna be perfect. Wrath or wherever... we've got each other, and that's all that matters."

Striker let out a soft, content sigh, tail giving a little wag, and whispered, "Yeah... together, it's perfect."
