Four and I continue walking in the forest, swerving through the trees and underneath branches and over mud puddles for a while.

"Are we there yet?" I ask while groaning. We've been walking for a good fifteen minutes since our little incident and I haven't seen any form o a lake.

"Almost," He answers. I sigh and look at the sky while I walk. When I try to see what the sun looks like right now while its setting, and what it looks like right now while the moon is rising, it's impossible. Because all I see are trees.

Green, green and more gre--

"Owh!" I whimper. A branch comes in contact with my forehead and sends me stumbling backwards. He laughs and steadies me by holding onto my shoulders.

"You sure are clumsy Miss. Perfect," He says with a smirk. I roll my eyes and push him slightly so I can walk in front of him. "What happened to Miss. Little Perfect?"

"I had a feeling you were going to slap me if I continued to call you that."

I nod. "You're pretty smart for a egomaniac."

His head jerks to mine and he rolls his eyes. "I am not egotistical at all, I just have confidence. You should try it some time," He remarks while ducking underneath a branch and surprisingly holding it so that I can walk through without getting hit.

"What's that supposed to mean, I have confidence," I say while slowly my pace so that I'm walking beside him instead of behind or in front of him.

"I've known you for about seven hours, and I can already tell that you have low self esteem. I mean you've been doubting yourself this whole time," He says with a smirk.

My eyes avert to the blue I see on the floor from a good hundred meters away from here. "Is that the lake?" I ask.

"Come on."

He tugs on the sleeve of my cardigan and pulls me towards the lake. By the way the sun is setting, it creates a glint in the water, making it look a little orange.

Five huge rocks are set around the stone, creating a circle around the water. "Sit."

We walk over and I sit on the rock that is facing the sun, while Number Boy sits on the rock facing away from the sun.

"So, what's so special about the lake?" I ask curiously, after a few minutes of silence.

Number Boy shrugs while looking down at the lake. "It's where I come to think."

"What do you think about?"

"Things."

"Seriously?"

"Do you think I'm going to tell you?"

I sigh and look up, and you can fully see the sun setting, an orange and red colour.

"It looks beautiful," I say to no one in particular. The sky has streaks of purple and a little blue, while yellow beams glow in the darkened sky.

"What does?"

"The sky."

Number Boy lifts his eyes up to the sky and a see a slight curl on his lip. "It kinda does."

The sunlight makes Number Boy's eyes look a different shade of blue, a dreaming, waiting colour. Why are you so attracted to his eyes?

"Can I ask you something?" I ask while looking down, watching the tiny fish swim in the water.
