It's no one else but the same guy I was bumped into .Shit what this guy is doing in here but don't worry I am fully prepared for this .

''Elena this is Mister Jason owner of APLEX manufacturers. '' Emily told me when she saw me staring at him eyes wide open,I just nodded and tried to act normally.

Afterwards ,meeting was formally started .There were eight of us in the meeting room Emily ,me ,Rose ,Maggie she was our senior fashion designer,Tina who was head of research department in APLEX ,Tom who was head of sales department in APLEX ,Jake was the marketing manager in APLEX and Jason the so called owner of the APLEX.

Tina explained the overall research she was done on this kind of deal that how this is going to affect the revenues for both of the businesses and especially our fashion hub will be renowned, no doubt she had some good skills regarding her work and she was confident about what she was saying ,I was really impressed by her way of talking and explaining her point of view.

Tom presented the overall view of the sales that APLEX will experience after this deal and the affects it will create for our fashionable clothes .He further explained the we can hire a model or can outsource models for the purpose of advertisement it will be costly but it will be beneficial in the end.

Jake presented that different markets where they will hit this whole plan firstly and ultimately this will improve the whole situation .

Maggie discussed what kind of clothes she will be preparing and what extra they will be needing in the clothing for this kind of thing .

"Miss Emily we will be providing you funds for the production of the clothes for this we have funds and we are also planning to take up the loan if needed and Tina told me that you have agreed to share 30% of profit with APLEX after this deal in successful "Jason the so called owner of APLEX asked Emily.

"Yes only if this deal will work "

"Emily I want to say something !"I asked Emily and everyone's attention was on me now .

"Yeah sure ! Elena say what you want to add ."

"Mister Jason you want to expand your business but you neither have the audited Financial statements and nor you have internal audit department.So, how can we access whether we can rely on you or not and you are talking about the loan how can we be sure that it will not liquidate you ? "I questioned him after which he was looking at me like I have pulled the trigger or something and there was complete silence in the room for a second everyone was staring at me.

"Are you sure you are in the marketing department not in the audit department ? "

"Yes Sir am sure it's just I have done my homework about your company and I don't want this business of ours to be at risk because of you .''

"Look Miss Elena APLEX is a private company so the audit is not that much important "

"No ,Mister Jason I don't think so you have studied business that well but corporate governance has given private company a relief in external audit but not in the internal audit and now that you are planning to expand and investing some funds in our business so audited financial statement are important .We too have an internal auditee who review the overall work ."I snapped and look towards Emily for the assurance and she nodded .

Ha! now what will you say attitude man.Seriously he was looking at me like he is going to murder me but I enjoying the look on his face and I was feeling like I have achieved something really big .

"I think Elena is right, without some reliance on some evidence regarding the financial stability of APLEX I can not sign this deal because I don't to risk this small business of mine which I have built with a lot of struggle. "Emily explained .

"Emily there's is no doubt that you have done a lot of struggle believe me I have done this too to set up APLEX and my company's financial stability is good and if you need proof I will get it to you and only then we will sign this deal .So, I think this meeting is over for now ,we will be leaving now "He said accepting his defeat and signaled his team to get up .

"Tea is already set it would be nice if you ...." Emily was cut off by Jason.

"Some other time miss Emily not today may be in the next meeting " He said and his eyes were focused on me and the angry was prominent in his eyes that for a second I got scared of him but on the other hand my inside was jumping as my homework did great work today ..
