Dana's POV
"Is it over yet?! I'm so horny!" Louis joked, running into the room. "Louis!" "Kidding!" I laughed as he jumped next to me. "It was over yesterday. But we have to pack." "You cheater! You could've said something!" I laughed and hit him playfully. "We leave tomorrow," I reminded him. "We can pack quickly," he mumbled, his blue eyes darker than usual. Gawd. Boys were so... boyish! It's all they wanted. "Is that all I am to you?" "No! I just can't get enough of that part." He flashed a smile and kissed my neck. "Lou Bear! Let's pack." I pulled away from him with difficulty. Lou and I were both messy, but I had to admit he was a better packer. I ended up using 5 Ralph Lauren suitcases and 2 zebra print duffle bags. "I didn't know we had to pack our closets," Louis laughed. "You have more than me!" "Oh yah. We actually have the same." I rolled my eyes. "Now?" "Its midnight!" "Even better!" "Louis!" "Just come here!" And I ended up giving in.
Louis's POV
At 2 in the morning, I finally let Dana talk me into sleeping. At 7, we had to leave. We got a little van that drove us to the airport. After a while of sleeping, we landed in California. Simon called me. "Meet me at the hotel. Room 254. Limo driver is there." A big man was the driver. He took us to a big Hollywood Hotel. A man led us to our room and we met Simon inside it. They brought in our bags. "Surprise!" Simon said, holding out 2 Acoustic guitars. "I wanna hear you sing and play together. Like in life," his said as his thick British accent rang throughout the suite. Dana grabbed the light brown Dean so I took the black Dean. He knew these were what we played best on.
Dana's POV
Louis started off the song.
Beauty queen of only eighteen
She had some trouble with herself
He was always there to help her
She always belonged to someone else
I sang here, cutting Louis off.
I drove for miles and miles and wound up at your door
I've had you so many times but somehow I want more
Now we sang this together.
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
His turn.
Tap on my window, knock on my door
I want to make you feel beautiful
I know I tend to get so insecure
It doesn't matter anymore
My turn.
It's not always rainbows and butterflies
It's compromise that moves us along, yeah
My heart is full and my door's always open
You come anytime you want, yeah.
We sang together again.
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
I know where you hide alone in your car
Know all of the things that make you who you are
I know that goodbye means nothing at all
Comes back and begs me to catch her every time she falls
Yeah
Tap on my window knock on my door
I want to make you feel beautiful
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain, oh.
Look for the girl with the broken smile
Ask her if she wants to stay awhile
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
And she will be loved
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye
Yeah, yeah.
We softened up here.
I don't mind spending every day
Out on your corner in the pouring rain
Please don't try so hard to say goodbye
I smiled as Simon clapped politely. "Well done!" I blushed and Louis grabbed my hand. "I'll leave you two. We'll meet at 10 tomorrow morning in the lobby." He walked out and I screamed. Louis laughed and pulled me into a hug. "We made it!" "Not yet Lou. Not yet."
Ohkay. It'll get better. Louis is so adorable. :D
