Zayn:

It was never supposed to be like this. What started as a situationship, messy, undefined, a back-and-forth of late-night conversations and stolen glances, had somehow turned into something far more dangerous. Somewhere between the chaos of the tour and the endless blur of hotel rooms, Zayn had stopped being just a bandmate.

It was on and off, always fragile, always complicated. You were the sixth member of One Direction, which made everything worse. There was no space for mistakes, no room for scandal. If anyone found out that you and Zayn had been sneaking around, it wouldn't just be trouble it would be catastrophic. The band was a machine, and you were part of it. A pregnancy, a secret relationship, a baby on the way... that wasn't just personal. That was dynamite.

And yet, the unthinkable had happened. You were pregnant. Neither of you had planned it, and the timing couldn't have been worse. Still, Zayn's steady gaze, the way he'd held your hand when you'd first told him, had made it clear: he wasn't going anywhere. But the others couldn't know. Not yet. Not when the world expected you all to be perfect, untouchable, unbreakable.

So you kept it hidden. Every stolen glance, every whispered conversation, every moment where Zayn's hand lingered a second too long on yours
all of it was carefully tucked away. At least, until the morning it all came crashing down.

The tour bus jolted over a bump, sending your balance tilting dangerously as you walked down the narrow aisle. Your stomach lurched, and you felt yourself slipping forward, but before you could hit the ground, strong arms caught you, pulling you against a solid chest.

"Careful, babe," Zayn said without thinking, his voice soft but clear in the stunned silence that followed.

The word hung in the air like a bomb.

Niall's head shot up. Harry blinked from his seat, curls messy from his nap. Liam froze mid-scroll on his phone. Louis's mouth parted in shock.

"Babe?" Louis repeated slowly, his tone sharp with disbelief.

Zayn stiffened, still holding onto you. His eyes flicked to yours, wide and uncertain. For once, he had no clever line, no excuse ready on his tongue. The boys stared, waiting, the silence stretching tighter and tighter.

Your throat felt dry, your heart hammering. There was no way out anymore. No lie strong enough to cover this. You swallowed hard. "Guys... I need to tell you something."

They were all watching, unblinking, bracing for whatever was about to come.

Your voice cracked as you forced the words out. "I'm pregnant."

The reactions were instant. Niall gasped, Harry jumped to his feet, Liam muttered a low "no way." Louis leaned forward, eyebrows raised high.

"With him?" he asked, pointing straight at Zayn.

Zayn's jaw tightened. He didn't hesitate. "Yeah. With me."

The bus erupted. Questions, curses, disbelief filled the air. Louis threw his hands up, Harry paced the aisle, Niall ran a hand through his hair like he couldn't believe what he'd just heard.

"You've been hiding this from us? This whole time?" Liam demanded, his voice sharp.

Tears burned behind your eyes, the weight of their disappointment pressing down like a storm. "We didn't mean for it to happen like this. We were scared. We didn't want to ruin everything."

Zayn's voice cut through the chaos, steady but firm. "It's done. And I'm not walking away from her. Or the baby."

The words landed heavy, final, daring anyone to challenge him.
