"To go get Amy." He said.
"What? Why?"
"She... Uh.. I'll let her tell you."
"Oh... Okay..."
Were pulled up to an old rickety house. She ran out the door. A guy followed her. He was older. His facial hair was scruffy. His head has no hair, but you could tell it was shaved. I couldn't see his eyes, but I felt a shiver when he looked at me. He was wearing basketball shorts and a dirty old shirt. He grabbed her arm, and pulled her in for a kiss but whispered something in her ear first. I couldn't hear what he says, but it didn't sound nice. Then, he kissed her. She didn't look like she enjoyed. She pulled away fast and ran to the car.
"Hey." I said.
She hopped in and yelled. "Drive!"
Damon put the peddle to the floorboard and drove out of the driveways and didn't stop until he was on the highway.
"What is going on?" I asked.
"Uh..." Amy's voice trailed off.
"You don't have to trek me if you don't want." I stared as her eyes widened.
"Thanks... I'm not ready to talk about it.." She said.
There was no more words exchanged the whole car ride until Damon broke the silence. "So I'm going to go drive up to the cabin, Amy. We're are going to stay the weekend there. Do you want to bring Cody?"
"Uh... Yeah, sure." She responded
"Who's Cody?" I asked.
"He's my... Uh.. Boyfriend I guess you could say."
"Oh. Okay."
She texted him telling him she was going to come pick him up and take him to the cabin. He texted back. "Okay, babe. I'll be ready in five."
Then, it was back to silence the only things you could hear was the sound of our breathing and a slight radio static.
I played with my phone until we arrived at a little blue house. A really attractive guy came out the door and Amy got out of the car and jumped on him. "Omg! It's been so long! I missed you so much!" She said at she kissed him.
He pulled away. "Amy?"
"Yes, Cody?"
"Why do you taste like cigarettes?.. Is it happening, again?"
"Um... Don't worry, Cody. I'm fine."
"Your didn't answer my question, Amy..."
"Let's not talk about it right now. Maybe later."
"I'm sorry, Amy.."
"It's okay. It's not your fault."
"I know, but I'm still sorry."
I looked at Damon. "What are they taking about?"
"Uh.. I dinner think it's my place to tell you.."
"Oh, okay."
Cody and Amy got into the car and we drive to the cabin. It took about an hour and a half.
***At The Cabin***
"Okay, so Cody and Amy you get the guest bedroom, and my and Kaia get the master, okay?" Damon asked.
"Yeah, it's your cabin, buddy. That's only fair." Cody agreed.
I looked at Damon. Confused as to why we're were here and what was going on. He walked me up the stairs and into the master bedroom. "Kaia, guess what?"
"What?" I said. Slightly in awe.
"It's a water bed, and go check out the bathroom thew that door."
"Okay." I said excitedly.
I walked into the bathroom. "Woah..." I said as i stared.
