Those Lips

Amy's POV

Cody is so... Not like the rest. So sweet and amazing. So different. He'd do anything fur me. I know he knows that is starting again.. I don't want to talk about it. I won't talk about it. I can't. He's amazing, but he's too innocent. He'll do what he did last time. He will flip out on Him, and I can't handle the taste of Him, again. It's too much to bare. He woke up with me when I woke up screaming and crying. Not even my parents do that, anymore. I won't tell them what's going on, so they have up asking. Cody message me breakfast at 3 a.m. it was. Amazing. From a movie or something. I smile just thinking about it. We ran around the kitchen because he put whip cream on my nose. I got him back and so he chased me with the can. We made a huge mess in the kitchen. I got whip cream all over my shirt and somehow I managed to get some on my neck, and there was still a little on my nose. He kissed my nose and took the whip cream with his kiss. I kissed him on the lips. Smiling mid-kiss. He smiled, too. When were finally pulled away he looked at my neck and said "You got a little something right there. Here. Let me get it." And he kissed my neck softly. I let out a breath and he kissed again and again. I closed my eyes and when I opened them there he stood. Damon. On the stairs. Uh oh. I thought as I got Cody's attention.

"Um... Cody? Cody."

"What, Amy?.." He says continuing to kiss me.

"Cody!" He stopped and turned around.

"Oh shit." He mumbled.

"Uh...." Damon rubbed the back of his neck. "I thought... Uh... you guys weren't... Uh.. Never mind. Not my business. I just need.. Never mind. I'll get it later." And with that, he left.

Cody gave me a look. Oh, god. I thought. "That just happened..." I said as he hugged me tight.

"I'm sorry. That was out of line."

"No. It was just awkward... It wasn't you."

"Okay." He said unsure as he hugged me tighter.

I'm so glad to have him. He knows just how to hold me. It's... Amazing.
